The development of China’s education and training industry shows a better and better trend,and the scale of some training institutions is becoming larger and larger,training institutions within the curriculum is becoming more and more diverse.Many investors have seen the profit space brought by the education market,and they have invested in the education and training industry.Fierce competition has formed within the education and training industry.Based on this background,this paper has carried out research and analysis.This article first to comb of YT training organization management present situation,through the concrete analysis to find out the deficiency existing in the daily management,analysis the cause of the problem behind,found out the factors influencing the core competence of YT training institutions,through quantitative analysis and comparison of the transverse,summed up the effective strategy of enhancing core competitiveness YT training institutions,research conclusion.The conclusions of this paper are applicable not only to YT training institutions,but also to other training institutions,hoping to provide some reference and guidance for the orderly development and standardized development of the training and education industry in China.The research content of this paper mainly includes four aspects:First,it expounds the basic theory and related concepts of core competitiveness,analyzes the structure and research methods of core competitiveness,and sorts out the research situation at home and abroad.Second,it analyzes the starting and development course of YT training institutions,and introduces the development course and operation status of YT training institutions.Thirdly,it qualitatively analyzes the core competitiveness of the case enterprise and sorts out the key factors that affect its core competitiveness.Fourth,the quantitative analysis of the case enterprise’s core competitiveness,through a variety of quantitative analysis method is discussed in detail,including:expert method,questionnaire method,analyses the factors influencing the core competence of YT training institutions,also introduced the competing enterprise horizontal comparison,find out the gap between the core competitiveness of the organization.Based on the above research,it is concluded that there are four main factors to decompose the core competitiveness of the case institution,namely:faculty,brand influence,home-school communication ability and enterprise culture.In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,based on the existing research and empirical research,the following Suggestions are summarized:first,improve the construction of faculty team,expand the source of students;Second,to strengthen the enterprise’s brand construction,to establish brand awareness,so that enterprises can form market influence;Thirdly,the interactive communication between parents and schools should be improved.Personality education programs should be designed according to students’ needs.The author USES a variety of methods and models to analyze the situation and shortcomings of the core competitiveness of YT training institution,a case enterprise,and puts forward some Suggestions to improve its ability.It is hoped that these studies can help the case enterprises to develop in good order,and help them to achieve economic goals and social goals.At the same time can also provide some ideas for peer enterprises. |
