As an important part of vocational education,secondary vocational education is an important output channel of front-line labor force.The employment of accounting talents in secondary vocational schools is mainly for small and micro enterprises.With the development of social economy,the requirements for accounting talents in small and micro enterprises have changed.Curriculum setting is the core of talent training and the important basis of curriculum implementation,which plays an important role in improving the quality of talent training.This paper focuses on combining the curriculum setting of accounting specialty in secondary vocational schools with the needs of small and micro industries,to solve the problem of the mismatch between the professional ability of accounting graduates in secondary vocational schools and the needs of small and micro enterprises.At the same time,it is of great significance to further explore the development orientation of accounting specialty in secondary vocational schools.This paper is based on the perspective of small micro enterprise needs,under the guidance of Taylor principle,demand oriented theory,according to find problems-analysis problem-to solve the problem,using literature study,questionnaire investigation,interviews and other research methods on the Z secondary vocational school of accounting professional curriculum research,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the reasonable optimization countermeasures on the existing problems.This paper using the questionnaire survey to the small micro enterprise needs to carry on the data,and through to the Z secondary vocational school accounting major student to carry on the questionnaire survey and interviews in the form of a survey of some professional teachers understand the Z secondary vocational school accounting professional curriculum present situation,it is concluded that the Z accounting major in the secondary vocational school talent training target positioning inaccurate setting,curriculum content,curriculum structure unreasonable problems such as the conclusion.On this basis,based on the needs of small and micro enterprises,this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures for the curriculum setting of accounting major in Z secondary vocational school from the aspects of talent training objectives,course content and course structure.The research of this paper is specific to the accounting major in secondary vocational schools,which can provide some reference for the related research of other majors in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,it has important reference significance to how to effectively connect the curriculum setting of accounting major in secondary vocational schools with the needs of small and micro enterprises.
