The secondary vocational education is an indispensable part of our country’s vocational educational system.It has important functions such as promoting the fast development of our country’s economy,the labor force employment,and balancing the social talent supply and demand.The accounting profession in secondary vocational schools shoulders the responsibility of educating skilled preliminary and middle-level accounting personnel of high quality.The accounting profession teaching work should keep up with the times,apply to the post needs of enterprises,and update the teaching ideology.The accounting professional theory knowledge teaching should be developed,at the same time,accounting professional practice teaching should be paid more attention to enhance students’ professional ability and comprehensive quality,thus to lay a solid foundation for students to seek jobs.As an important part of accounting profession teaching system,the accounting profession practice teaching is an important way to enhance students’ accounting profession skills and practice skills in reality,and is also an important way to improve accounting profession students’ ability to find jobs.However,secondary vocational accounting practice teaching has many problems which urgently need to be improved due to traditional teaching ideas and funding,etc.,such as:the teaching curriculum design is knowledge oriented,the teaching method is comparatively traditional,the teachers’ the ability of directing practice needs to be enhanced,the practice training base is incomplete and the practice teaching appraisal is simplified,etc.The author hopes that by this thesis,the existing problems of accounting profession practice teaching be analyzed,the roots of the problems be found,and the improvement strategies be discussed.Therefore,the practice training will be carried out better to educate accounting personnel with comprehensive abilities who have both accounting theory knowledge and practical skills.The thesis is made up of four parts.The first part is the introduction,it elaborates on the research’s related background,aim,meaning,contents and methods.At the same time,it reviews domestic and foreign information on the subject.The second part makes a definition of related concepts of secondary vocational accounting practice training.It analyzed the necessity of carrying out practice teaching in secondary vocational accounting profession,and elaborates on the theoretical foundation of this research.The third part makes a research on the secondary vocational accounting profession,students,teachers and related companies.Related statistics and interview records are obtained and made statistics,the nowadays condition of secondary vocational accounting profession practice teaching is analyzed,the existing problems in the practice teaching process are concluded and the reason for the problems are found out.The fourth part aims at the existing problems of practice teaching.It orients on the professional needs of accountants and bases on the accounting professional abilities.The improvement strategies for accounting profession practice teaching are discussed on five aspects,which are curriculum setting,teaching methods and means,directing teachers,practice training base construction and appraisal.
