Compared with ordinary high school students of the same age group,secondary vocational school students are generally characterized by weak learning foundation and lack of learning initiative,although they have a low entrance threshold.When they accept new knowledge,they totally depend on the teachers in the classroom.Moreover,they tend to be distracted in learning.Once they can’t keep up with the lessons,they will easily give up learning.With concise language and vivid pictures,micro-class can attract students’ attention in a short time,enhance the learning effect of students in class,thus improve their learning ability and help them build self-confidence.At present,more research on micro courses focuses on basic education and higher education level,few action research on micro courses in secondary vocational accounting major.This study selects 25 students from a class of first year accounting major in a secondary vocational school in Fuzhou as the research objects,adopts the action research method,and USES classroom observation,individual interview and test paper as the research tools.The entire action research cycle is 4 months,and there are two rounds of action research.Each round of action research follows the process of action plan--action implementation--action observation--action evaluation and reflection,and makes corresponding modifications to the action plan.This study raises two questions:1.How to design and apply micro lessons in the teaching of accounting major in secondary vocational schools?2.The effectiveness of micro-class teaching application on secondary vocational students’ learning.First of all,based on the understanding of vocational students’ learning status,the analysis of vocational accounting teaching problems,to use action research,to explore the effect of different types of micro-lessons for students learning.Secondly,to sort out the concept connotation and the basic characteristics of microcourse at home and abroad.Micro-lessons based on Bloom’s theory of "mastery and learning" can help students to set their own pace,consolidate their learning,and promote students’ sense of self-efficacy,which in turn can stimulate students’ motivation to continue using micro-lessons.Third,formulate action plans.Based on the objectives of vocational accounting courses,the content of micro courses is divided into two types: theory and practice.The first round of action design adopts the preview teaching plan of micro courses,and the second round of action design adopts the introduction of micro courses teaching plan.Fourth,the implementation of action,action class using micro-class teaching.Fifth,after the end of the teaching,the action class will conduct tests combined with individual interviews.In order to evaluate the application effect of reflective micro lessons.The following conclusions are drawn from the two action studies:1.Whether it is a theoretical course or a practical operation course,the introduction of micro-class teaching in class can improve students’ performance.2.The application of micro lessons in teaching is not only conducive to promoting students’ knowledge mastery and skill proficiency,but also conducive to enhancing students’ interest in learning to build learning confidence and thus improve their sense of self-efficacy.Based on the above research,it is shown that according to the differences of teaching objectives between theoretical courses and practical operation courses,theoretical courses focus on knowledge and difficulty,while practical operation courses focus on complex operation steps.According to the needs of students,the theory course can adopt enlightening and inquiry-based micro class,combining concise text with vivid and interesting animation to help students understand and memorize knowledge points and stimulate students’ interest in learning.The practical operation course adopts demonstration micro class to demonstrate the operation steps one by one to facilitate students to master the operation essentials.In view of the study situation analysis,it is better to introduce the teaching with concentrated micro class in class than to prepare for the class alone.
