In recent years,my country has increasingly attached importance to the reform and development of vocational education,and has made great achievements.With the continuous deepening of informatization and the rapid development of the knowledge economy,the demand for computer professionals in various industries continues to grow.As one of the important bases for training computer talents,vocational schools cannot fully meet the market’s demand for talents.Based on this background,the QFD method and related theories were used in optimizing the curriculum setting of the computer major of the vocational school.The related researches of the existing scholars on the use of the QFD method to set the curriculum were analyzed.And based on the characteristics of vocational computer application professional courses,using QFD method to set the evaluation model.Guided by the market’s demand for computer professionals,effective improvement measures are taken to improve the quality and quality of the students trained.This study takes the computer application professional curriculum of Chengdu C Secondary Vocational School as the research object,summarizes and searches a relevant document and establishes an index evaluation system for the demand for computer application professional talents in the market,which includes three first-level evaluation systems.Index Demand Index: One is comprehensive ability;the other is position ability;the third is basic quality ability.In addition,13 secondary capability indicators are included.This paper investigates and analyzes the 13 capability demand indicators through questionnaire survey method,and determines the ranking through relevant calculations,in order to form a more scientific and representative evaluation system.Then,the correlation matrix of the computer application major courses,the market demand for the talents of computer application professionals and the quality of the correlation relationship of the selected courses are constructed.After the auto correlation matrix standardization and correlation matrix correction,the curriculum setting of the computer application major is calculated by using the relevant formula Correlation with the computer industry’s demand for talents and the weight of each course in the major,it was found that the school’s computer application major curriculum has some problems such as high degree of correlation,course structure and unreasonable allocation of courses.Finally,according to the result of constructing the curriculum setting model,to integrate the over-relevant courses,adjust the unreasonable curriculum structure,and optimize the distribution of class hours,and obtain the optimized curriculum setting of the computer application major of the vocational school. |
