| With the rapid rise of the domestic tertiary industry,the information service industry based on Internet technology has gradually become the pillar industry of China’s economic development.The demand for talents in computer related majors is more and more strong in the society,but corresponding to the huge market demand is the embarrassing situation that thousands of secondary vocational school graduates can not meet the needs of enterprise capabilities.Under the background of the supply side reform of vocational education,the Ministry of education formulated and issued the opinions on comprehensively promoting quality education and deepening the teaching reform of secondary vocational education,which requires that secondary vocational education should be based on ability,and the action plan for the reform and innovation of secondary vocational education since then 2010-2012 "is a clear goal of secondary vocational talents training for high-quality workers and skilled talents with good professional ethics,necessary cultural knowledge,skilled professional skills and other comprehensive professional abilities.Therefore,this paper will take the professional ability as the guidance to analyze the current situation of computer professional training in secondary vocational school,and make an in-depth study on the professional ability training of computer professional in secondary vocational school from the theoretical and empirical aspects.First of all,this study takes vocational ability as the logical starting point,combs the relevant research of the computer professional training mode and teaching practice in secondary vocational education,determines the theoretical basis of this topic,and provides basic theoretical support for the current situation investigation,problem analysis and optimization strategy.Secondly,through literature research and field research,analysis and production of vocational ability questionnaire,to obtain the evaluation of vocational ability of secondary vocational school graduates and the satisfaction data of computer professional teachers and students.According to the comparison between the demand for talents and the current situation of the training unit,it is found that the computer professional ability of the secondary vocational school graduates has not yet met the demand of the employing unit,whether in basic professional ability or comprehensive professional ability,there are some deficiencies.Through in-depth analysis and induction,the reasons are as follows: the training goal of the computer professional talents in the secondary vocational school does not pay enough attention to the professional ability,and the goal orientation and the present situation Some professional posts have some gaps;curriculum is lack of pertinence,unable to reflect the professional characteristics;teachers lack the opportunity of enterprise field investigation,unclear requirements for computer posts,and lack of enterprise teaching participation.Finally,according to the analysis of the above reasons,this study establishes the training objectives of computer professionals in secondary vocational schools.It is suggested to optimize the practical curriculum system by strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the construction of teaching staff,strengthen the training of methods and social abilities,actively carry out the "1 + X" system pilot work,and promote the integration of vocational skill level certificate and curriculum content Targeted optimization strategy of computer talents training in secondary vocational school based on professional ability. |
