In the process of promoting the most integrated breakthrough in international curriculum in history,international cooperative education and international cooperative development around the world prove the importance of curriculum development in transnational higher education.For decades,many specialists in vocational education curriculum provision and educators have been searching for optimal factors and methods of cultivating students' professional quality.Professional curriculum provision of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational college is a complex,dynamic and developing system.It follows the rule of “imbalance—balance—new imbalance”development.The psychological foundation of curriculum provision focuses on students' personality characteristics,cognitive competence and social cultures.The sociological foundation is similar to the process of interaction between people,the society and environment.In recent years,curriculum provision of international and vocational colleges has tended to adopt the theory of quality function deployment,which highlights comprehensive and interdisciplinary innovation methods.Thus,this study aims to introduce foreign resources of excellentquality,provide scientific and reasonable curriculum,promote the international development of Sino-foreign cooperative education and the development of higher vocational education in China.In this way,it can resolve the issue of high-quality educational resources shortage in popularization of higher vocational education,facilitate the development and improvement of higher vocational education.In the end,it assists in enriching resources of higher vocational education,creating a new phrase of reform and innovation for Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational colleges,cultivating practical and technical talents suitable for modernization construction of China.Therefore,the study conducts further discussion from the following aspects.Based on research concerning the current status of professional curriculum provision of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational colleges,understanding on the pattern of professional curriculum provision in higher vocational education,difficulties in the process of cultivating professional talents in China,from the interdisciplinary perspective ofphilosophy,pedagogy,sociology,economics and psychology,as well as the research approach of linking theory with practice,this study proposes the concept of curriculum program and provision based upon the model of quality function deployment.As for research ideas,according to thinking logic concerning “ issues and orderliness”,“ theories and sources”,“ interpretations and reasons ”,“ references and transplantation”,“ investigations and attributions ”,“ model constructions”,and “practical verification”,this study conducts research on the following seven aspects,i.e.“Introduction”,“ Core concept definition and theoretical basis”,“ Course theory of quality function development ”,“ Modes and cases of professional curriculum provision in foreign higher vocational education ”,“Statusresearch on professional curriculum provision of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational college”,“ Model construction for professional curriculum provision in higher vocational education”,“Model and application practice of professional curriculum provision in foreign higher vocational education”.Based on systematic literature review and time dimension,the study analyzes concepts,connotations and characteristics of Sino-foreign cooperative education,higher vocational education,major,and curriculum provision.Based on the dimension of exclusive subject,the study discusses four aspects of content: “Status of domestic and overseas research on Sino-foreign cooperative education ”,“ Status of research on major provision model in higher vocational education ”,“ Status of research on curriculum provision model in higher vocational education”,and “Status of domestic and overseas research on curriculum provision model in higher vocational education ”.Furthermore,on such a basis,the study also clarifies problem domains for domestic and overseas in-depth research,i.e.“ Macroscopic research on curriculum provision ”,“ Research on linguistic curriculum provision”,“ Research on social and basic curriculum provision ”,“Research on professional curriculum provision ”,and “Typical case analysisof professional curriculum provision of Sino-foreign cooperative education ”.Besides,it analyzes enlightenment and deficiency of related domestic and overseas research to this study.In terms of theoretical basis interpretation,from the perspective of philosophy,pedagogy,sociology,economics and psychology in professional curriculum provision of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational colleges,this study proposes theoretical foundation for professional curriculum provision based on the mode of quality function deployment,i.e.“ Husserl's epistemology on the living world ”,“ Latour's methodology of reflexivity”,“ Theory of all-round development of human being”,“ Educational view of lifelong learning” and “Theory of total quality control”.As for interpreting professional curriculum provision of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational colleges based on the model of quality function deployment,this study regards“conception of history”,“ontology”,“epistemology”,“axiology” and “ theory of practice” as thinking patterns,in order to illustrate “ Methods and principles based on the model of quality function deployment”,“Development trend for the model of quality function deployment ”,“ Knowledge theory of curriculum provision based on the model of quality function deployment ”,“Practical application of curriculum provision based on the model of quality function deployment ”,“Values and significance of curriculum provision based on the model of quality function deployment”.As for reference and transplantation,based on research concerning the trend and enlightenment of professional curriculum provision in foreign higher vocational education,the study discusses three stages of development in modern and international higher vocational educational curriculum,six typical patterns of international higher vocational educational curriculum provision,as well as two typical foreign cases on international higher vocational educational curriculum provision,in order to provide theoretical and practical references for curriculum provision in this study.In terms of verification and attribution,based on current status of professional curriculum provision of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational colleges,this study conducts discussion from time dimension,regional dimension and major categories.From clients' angles on students,teachers and enterprises curriculum provision,it also compiles “Questionnaires on Current Status of Professional Curriculum Provision of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in the Higher Vocational Colleges”.The questionnaires mainly concern five aspects: curriculum provision basis,curriculum objectives,curriculum structures,curriculum contents and curriculum sequences.It adopts the method of step sampling to select higher vocational programs of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Eastern China,South China,Central China,North China,Northwest China and Southwest China.It regards students,teachers and enterprises as different research objects.Through KMO measures and Bartlett ball test,the study determines and conducts available factor analysis on related data.Lastly,this study conducts reliability analysis on questionnaires,in order to test reliability,factor analysis and credibility,as well as validity analysis.As for research conclusions,obvious differences exist in students,teachers and enterprises' assessments on curriculum provision.Currently,this study conducts attribution analysis of issues in Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational college.Firstly,value orientation of curriculum is unclear: the lack of noumenon and localization.Secondly,curriculum objectives are not specific: isolated from students' career development.Thirdly,curriculum structures are unbalanced: three steps and utilitarianism.Fourthly,curriculum contents are obsolete: insisting on “the standard of subject”.Fifthly,curriculum arrangement lack of scientific basis is not in order.Model construction is the core innovation of thesis.Ideas and basis of model construction originate from orientation of ecological and integrated design.This study regards social demands,post requirements,students' requirements and subject logic as the basis for curriculum provision.It defines the range of clients for curriculum provision in higher vocational education,including employers as external clients,students and teachers as internal clients.It also uses voices of clients as analysis tool,comprehensively uses affinity graph and analytic hierarchy process to analyze clients' requirements on curriculum provision in higher vocational education.Matrix of relation is used to signify mutual relationship between clients' demands and curriculum provision elements.Based on proportional and independent point method,the study determines ratio of clients' demands.Furthermore,the study regards house of quality as the conversion tool,the model of four phases as conversion method,in order to form the overall framework of professional curriculum provision in higher vocational education.As as result,the study divides professional curriculum provision in higher vocational education based on quality function deployment into the following stages: first stage——construct sub-models of curriculum objectives;second stage——construct sub-models of curriculum structures and contents;third stage——construct sub-models of curriculum arrangement;fourth stage—— construct sub-models of related curriculum relationship;based on sub-models in different stages,provide specific operation strategies,convert clients' original demands into curriculum objectives,curriculum structures,curriculum contents,and curriculum arrangements.In the end,complete curriculum provision and development curriculum schemes.Any research will stand the test of time.The section of practical verification uses the method of text analysis to describe and analysis on the current status of tourism management curriculum provision of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational colleges.Moreover,it also selects tourism management curriculum provision of Sino-foreign cooperative education in S college as the case analysis,aiming to provide suggestions on curriculum provision optimization on the basis of assessment and feedback on curriculum provision,and verifying model of professional curriculum provision in higher vocational education.To sum up,the conclusion is that the curriculum model based on QFD can realize the scientific construction of the curriculum of Sino-foreign cooperative education in the higher vocational colleges.The curriculum structure of Sino-foreign cooperative courses is composed of five dimensions: curriculum setting basis,curriculum objectives,curriculum structures,curriculum contents and curriculum sequences.The main customers of professional courses in Sino-foreign cooperative education programs are external customers-enterprises,internal customers-students and teachers.Compared with the traditional curriculum mode of higher vocational education,the curriculum model based on QFD is more operable,which can meet the needs of students,teachers and enterprises,and promote the effective development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges.
