Investigation On Teaching Chinese Characters In South Korea Senior Middle School

South Korea belongs to the Chinese character cultural circle countries, compared with other countries, Korean people have a certain degree of understanding on Chinese characters. Nowadays many Korean senior high school set up Chinese as the second language courses, most of the high school students have received the education of “Chinese characters in Korea ".In this survey, the author mainly study the influence of Chinese cultural background for ordinary high school students of South Korea in Seoul area’s to the classroom Chinese teaching and learning of Chinese characters and the related content.In order to investigate this topic, I designed two reports on the ordinary high school Chinese classroom teaching Chinese characters and Chinese characters related to the contents of the questionnaire.Survey of Chinese teachers of Chinese classroom teaching of Chinese characters related to the contents of attitude,manner, quantity, content, and how to inspect students learning situation; Seoul ordinary high school area learning of Chinese characters related to the contents of Chinese language class attitude, Chinese student’s attitude, style, and on their life using Chinese view etc..The survey found that at present ordinary high school students in Seoul area generally have a certain degree of understanding on the Chinese characters, and that the contrast of simplified Chinese and Koreans use Chinese characters similarities and differences can help them to learn Chinese characters. But the Chinese classroom teaching Chinese characters and Chinese character related to the content of the school and the Chinese teacher has not received enough attention, there are many students do not pay attention to the Chinese language classroom learning Chinese characters.
