In order to study "The Stress of Macau Social Workers Felt During The Participation in Crisis Intervention", a research adapting the method of questionnaire is made and the following result is found:1. No significant correlation is found between "the stress felt by social workers when participating crisis intervention" and each of the element of "age, gender, education, general working experience and social work experience. Nevertheless, it is assumed that, except the element of gender, all the remaining elements may provide the social workers opportunity of training, enlarging their reservoir of skill that may facilitate the social workers in regulating their responsiveness to stress.2.
