| The "14th five year plan" period is a key period for the implementation of the national strategy.Under the condition of the promulgation and implementation of the double reduction policy in July 2021 and the era of "post epidemic",children’s sports training institutions are full of opportunities and challenges.As a national ball,table tennis has a large mass base.With the guidance of national policies and the attention of parents to children’s eyesight and physical quality,the further industrialize of children’s table tennis training hall has practical significance for the implementation of the national fitness strategy.HL table tennis training center was established in 2016 as a private education institution in Jiaozuo demonstration area,Henan Province.In the face of the popularity of table tennis and the emergence of a wide variety of children’s fitness centers in recent years,HL table tennis training center is facing a more and more severe test in marketing.Taking HL table tennis training hall as the research object,this paper explores its marketing strategy through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis,analyzes it in combination with STP,SWOT matrix,Porter’s Five Forces Model and other analysis tools,and visits children’s table tennis training institutions in Jiaozuo to understand the PE training market in the urban area,Conduct a questionnaire survey on the parents,intended customers and managers of various training institutions,deeply understand the problems existing in the marketing management of HL table tennis training center,and help HL table tennis training center formulate practical marketing strategies.Finally,it puts forward the concept of educational service,exploring alliance cooperation,brand promotion,marketing team building and other safeguard measures to help HL table tennis training hall achieve better development in the increasingly competitive environment.This paper aims to formulate and optimize marketing strategies for HL training hall,reduce the impact of the epidemic on the training hall as much as possible,improve marketing efficiency,expand the influence of HL table tennis training hall in the urban area,improve the market share of HL table tennis training hall in the region,and turn crisis into opportunity.It also hopes to give reference to other education and training institutions in improving marketing strategies and enhancing their competitive advantages. |
