"Education is foundation of a hundred years plan".At present,political environment of our country is stable and situation of economic development is good,which provides opportunity for development of the private education.Chinese government has actively promoted strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strategy of strengthening the country by talents,and has issued a series of policies to foster development and progress of education.In 2016,the policy of "two-children" was fully introduced,and problem of insufficient allocation of educational resources will become increasingly prominent.In this context,the state has also begun to attach importance to and support private education,this series of policies encouraged enthusiasm of private educators.It has also strengthened determination of Xing'tai Shuren Middle School to use marketing strategy to realize development and rejuvenation.the paper takes Xing'tai Shuren Middle School as research object,reviews theories of private education and marketing strategy at home and abroad by literature review.Based on experience of excellent private middle schools,the paper discusses current development of Xing'tai Shuren Middle School,and analyzes its marketing environment from strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats and other aspects of Xing'tai Shuren Middle School.Based on the above steps,the paper uses the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,and also uses marketing strategy analysis tools.After determining the market segmentation variables,it selects the target market,and then the market positioning of Shuren Middle School to attract targeted customers.Synthesizing the above analysis,the paper designs marketing combination strategy including product strategy,pricing strategy,placing strategy,promoting strategy,participant strategy,process management strategy,physical evidence strategy.The purpose of the paper is to enriching management theories of private education,and providing targeted marketing suggestions for development and growth of Xing'taiShuren Middle School,hoping to cause marketing management thinking in the same kind of private education schools.
