| With the popularization of higher education in China,teaching staff scale is g rowing,the important position of the personnel management of colleges and univ ersities has become increasingly apparent,limitations of the traditional process m anagement mode,personnel management mode needs to be according to the re quirements of the current informatization construction and their own ascension in colleges and universities need to be optimized,aimed at reducing management c osts,improve work efficiency,Therefore,it is very necessary to discuss the proce ss management in the personnel field from an overall perspective under the digita l orientation.Firstly,this thesis discusses the research background and significance,the m eaning,formation and development,characteristics,contents and methods of pro cess management.Secondly,taking S University as an example,this thesis analy zes the current situation of the personnel management process of S University fro m the four modules of recruitment process,internal employment process,perform ance evaluation process and internal transfer process,and studies the existing pr oblems.It is found that the personnel management process of s University has pr oblems such as low efficiency,repeated review and insufficient supervision.The e xisting workflow and digitization process are not enough to adapt to the current sit uation of high-speed development of S University.Therefore,based on the theore tical guidance of process optimization,this thesis uses digital technology to diagn ose and analyze the recruitment,internal employment,performance evaluation,in ternal transfer and other processes of personnel management,and gives specific optimization plans to reduce the non value-added part,coordinate the workload o f the process,delete duplicate work,and improve the process efficiency of data s ubmission,review,storage and other links through online processing.Then PDCA Cycle is used to provide guarantee for the implementation of process optimizatio n.Finally,using AHP and questionnaire to experts to obtain the evaluation indicat ors of the process optimization results,the effectiveness of the optimization work is proved by comparing the work efficiency,safety,management cost and other in dicators before and after the optimization.After the optimization of personnel management process,new teachers are more easily adapted to the environment and specific business work of S Universit y,which improves the recruitment efficiency of new teachers;Make the personnel management process more standardized,based,traceable and analytical,so tha t the school and faculty can clearly grasp the work requirements and the teaching and scientific research tasks that must be completed;It is helpful to establish a fa ir and reasonable performance reward mechanism,highlight the talent introductio n and education of important posts,and has far-reaching strategic significance for the building of S university talent team.This study found that it is necessary to establish an optimization implementat ion team,establish a good communication mechanism,improve the awareness of personnel management,improve the optimization implementation process,ensur e the security of information resources,enhance the confidentiality of personnel i nformation and other measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the proc ess of personnel management optimization;It is necessary to further carry out res earch on the talent development sector in colleges and universities and the outso urcing of personnel management services in colleges and universities,so as to b etter grasp the global mobility characteristics of talents and play an important role in influencing key talents. |
