Optimization Design Of JT University Travel Process Based On RPA

With the development of science and technology,a variety of emerging technologies sweeping all walks of life in the background,robotic process automation(RPA)technology began to be introduced into China and applied to related fields.At the same time,process optimization has also been paid attention to by more and more universities with the development of enterprises.The travel management system of JT University can no longer meet the needs of faculty and staff,and it is urgent to be optimized,and RPA automation technology,as one of the representative of technical factors,has been proven to help enterprises better improve management efficiency and reduce manual operation costs in various industries.How to better use RPA and other related automation technologies to meet the needs of JT University travel process optimization is an urgent problem to be solved and considered.Starting from these two actual business operation processes,this paper obtains the compatibility between travel activities and robotic process automation technology through the analysis of the current situation,the elaboration of problems,and the analysis of the relevant characteristics and application scope of RPA technology,which reflects the practical needs of RPA technology applied to business process optimization.According to the objectives and optimization principles of JT University’s travel process optimization,two theoretical implementation methods based on process optimization,PDCA method and ESIA method,are used to optimize the design of travel price comparison and travel reimbursement process,and the RPA in the optimized process is designed and implemented,and the audit points at all levels in the reimbursement audit RPA are extracted to effectively improve the efficiency of travel reimbursement.It was then implemented to prove that RPA was effective in optimizing the travel process.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions for the optimization of JT University’s travel process from the perspective of process optimization and the use of RPA.By studying the application of RPA in travel comparison and travel reimbursement process optimization in JT University,this paper provides many universities with travel process optimization methods,and provides a theoretical and application reference for the application and promotion of robotic process automation technology.
