| With the development of information technology, the social information environment has undergone rapid and drastic changes.Information has become an important resource.People need to rely on information to understand the world better,to make correct decisions and to complete a variety of tasks.Individuals are gradually becoming an efficient "information processor".In this circumstance, people are faced with many problems, such as information overloading, information shortage, information out of controlling and fragmentations. If they want to rely on information to study,to work and to live effectively, they need to transform external information into personal information and organize it reasonably,so as to improve the efficiency of subsequent information reproduction and information utilization. However,at present, ordinary individual users do not have the information ability of professional information managers. With the increase of personal information, they are more and more unable to meet the actual needs of managing their own personal information.Personal information organization is an important aspect of personal information management, which refers to the reasonable classification and archiving of documents,e-mail,pictures and other information owned by individuals, and the establishment of an appropriate hierarchical structure to make the scattered information more centralized,so as to find and reproduce information in the future.A good personal information organization can sort out and optimize a large number of scattered and messy information, and provide users with the convenience of retrieving and obtaining information,so as to help people get rid of the dilemma of information explosion to a certain extent. Therefore, how to make people use scientific and effective methods to effectively organize personal information,so as to solve the problem of personal information dispersion effectively in the mobile environment is particularly important.College students are cutting-edge groups that accept new ideas and technologies. They may be future researchers and technical experts, and play an important role in the process of social development.Their personal information organization results greatly affect their further use of this information. This paper selects 11 students majoring in library, information and archives management, while conducting semi-structured interviews, observes and records the relevant contents in their personal computers, explores the pre motivation, behavior process and behavior effect of their personal information organization behavior, and makes a qualitative analysis of the interview results and the relevant information in the corresponding personal computers. The data analysis shows some predictable results: for example, for academic information, college students show a more "inclusive" attitude than other types of information(such as entertainment information, work information, health information,etc.).They backup more and delete less academic information(although deleting, they will reserve a "buffer" time),Although some academic information may have no use value in the future.Of course, there are also some results contrary to expectations: for example, respondents are generally dissatisfied with their personal information organization behavior, but the vast majority of respondents said that although "there are places that can be optimized",they "don’t want to optimize" because they feel bored ".Therefore, this paper puts forward some optimization countermeasures from the dimensions of college students themselves, operating system providers and third-party application software providers.I hope it can finally provide useful reference for college students to build an orderly personal information space and carry out more reasonable and effective personal information management. |
