| In the 21 st century,information resources have become national strategic resources and are more important than any period in history.Personal information literacy and information ability are directly related to the efficiency and quality of life,study and work.As one of the three major activities of personal information management,information keeping activities are mainly to study the information and information channels that have been found and make decisions about preservation.Information activities such as determination,preservation measures,organization and maintenance,and information keeping activities are the prerequisite and necessary activities for the use of personal information,and lay the foundation for the reproduction of personal information,the use and management of personal information.With the popularization of information technology and the development of digital teaching,the group of college students has become an active person in personal information keeping activities,and has relatively high information literacy and information ability.However,in the face of a large amount of information,college students still face many problems when carrying out information keeping activities.For example,the inappropriate choice of the two preservation methods of "accumulation" and "archive" will lead to information overload,and the improper selection of information items will become a follow-up Obstacles to the reproduction and use of information,improper organization of personal information collections will cause problems such as confusion in the personal information space,these information problems will affect the judgment of available information,input information into the personal information space,and then affect daily life,study and work Information use efficiency in.This paper mainly studies the information retention activities of college students,such as decision-making,retention measures,organization and maintenance of the information and information channels that have been found,and their influencing factors,trying to find the influencing factors behind the activities of college students’ personal information keeping,and to construct the personal information of college students.The model of influencing factors of information keeping activities,and gives suggestions and opinions on the keeping of personal information of college students.This paper adopts a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,uses grounded theory to understand the main categories that affect college students’ personal information keeping,and combines relevant theories to build a theoretical model;then uses empirical research to verify the theoretical model,and analyzes and validates the model according to the interview results.The results give relevant recommendations.The findings show that mastery of experience,physical and emotional state,self-efficacy,expectations,self-regulation,positively affects perceived usefulness,mastery of experience,self-regulation,and observational learning positively affects perceived ease of use,and perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,as intermediate latent variables,positively affect college students’ personal information keeping activities. |
