Personal Knowledge Management Of Personal E-learning System

With the development of network information environment, the digital network information becomes the primary source for humankind, and more and more people learn on Internet. Personal E-learning system is new personal learning system in environment of internet.The connotation of Personal E-learning, knowledge management, personal knowledge management, tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, are defined. The fundamental elements and influence elements of information behavior are discussed.Relationship of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, the transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, influence elements of transformation, and knowledge transformation models of personal E-learning are provided.We analyze the reasons of the shift from the personal resource management to the personal knowledge management in personal E-learning system, expatiate on three aspects including the content of personal knowledge management, the mode of knowledge helical increase and the frame of personal knowledge management of personal E-learning system, discuss the change mechanism from the personal resource management to the personal knowledge management and demonstrate that personal knowledge management is the final aim to construct personal E-learning system.At last, the main innovations are displayed, and some ideas about the future research are presented.
