Analysis Of Factors Restricting The Development Of Tujia "Flying Stick" And Research On Countermeasures

The Tujia "flying stick" can be traced back to the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty.It is an important combat tool for Tujia soldiers in Western Hunan to go to the coastal areas of Jiangsu and Zhejiang to fight Japanese invaders.It is also an important tool for the working people of Tujia in Western Hunan to work.Tujia "flying stick" is an important part of Zhangjiajie Ethnic Traditional Sports.It contains rich western Hunan ethnic culture,has strong Tujia characteristics,and is an important carrier of local excellent traditional culture.With the continuous development of society,Tujia "flying stick" has gradually evolved into a folk sports activity,as one of the contents of folk games or sports competitions.However,under the impact of modern sports activities,the original rich cultural color of Tujia "flying stick" has gradually faded,people’s understanding of Tujia "flying stick" is also gradually weakening,and the development of Tujia "flying stick" is difficult.Therefore,analyzing the factors that restrict the development of Tujia "Da Fei Bang" and putting forward corresponding solutions are the inevitable choice to promote the development of Tujia "Da Fei Bang".Using the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the constraints of the development of Tujia "flying stick" as the research object,interviews and questionnaires the principals of Zhangjiajie cultural center,some inheritors,participants,school leaders,etc.,and draws the following conclusions: 1.In terms of resource factors,the number and quality of "flying stick" inheritors are the main constraints;2.In terms of operational factors,the lack of the main body of the "flying stick" activity is the main constraint;3.In terms of structural factors,the "flying stick" activities of official and non-governmental organizations are the main constraints;4.In terms of cultural factors,participants’ cognition of the "flying stick" activity is the main constraint;5.In terms of environmental factors,the impact of modern sports activities is the main restrictive factor.This study is based on the basic situation of Tujia "flying stick" activities,and explores its constraints,so as to protect and inherit the excellent traditional sports culture and build a solid foundation for folk sports activities.According to the research conclusion,the following countermeasures are put forward: 1.Deeply excavate the social function of the project and improve the number and quality of inheritors;2.Strengthen the publicity of the project and attract the main body of ethnic traditional sports activities;3.Establish a special organization and improve the relevant system of the project;4.The government is the main guide,the school is the implementer,and the society is the helper;5.Coordinate and integrate culture and tourism,and explore diversified development paths.
