| The university period is a transitional stage for young people to enter the society from campus.As a group concerned by the society,college students often need to face challenges and pressures in life,emotion,study and employment.In recent years,there are more and more phenomena of inner frailty,mental depression,behavior anomie and even suicide among college students.In the eyes of most people,they are the losers in the college entrance examination,and they are vulnerable to social discrimination.They are also faced with greater pressure and challenges.However,the research on the resilience of higher vocational college students is relatively less.Through the theoretical perspective of social work,this study explores the cultivation of resilience of higher vocational college students,hoping to provide reference and Enlightenment for the future research on the cultivation of College Students’ resilience.In this study,the group work method was used as the intervention means,with strength perspective theory,"I in the mirror" theory and social learning theory as the guidance.to cultivate and enhance the resilience of college students in Yangjiang Y college,and to help the college students tap their own potential and improve their resilience.Through stratified random sampling,618 questionnaires were distributed and 592 valid questionnaires were collected to analyze the resilience of college students in Y college.The results show that: the overall resilience of college students is in the middle level,but some students are in the low level.Among them,the level of resilience of male students was significantly higher than that of female students(P< 0.05),that of urban college students was significantly higher than that of rural students(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between only child and non only child(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference between Freshmen,sophomores and juniors(P > 0.05),and the score of resilience of junior students was relatively low.Through the observation and interview of some college students with low score of resilience,it is found that they generally have weak self-efficacy,lack of goal management ability and emotional adjustment ability.According to the existing problems,a targeted group activity program is formulated.Then,we carried out the group activity of "sailing" resilience cultivation in the college.In the activity,game interaction,scenario simulation,role play,discussion and sharing were used to cultivate and develop the protective factors of the team members,so as to improve their self-confidence,as well as the ability of goal management,emotion management and problem-solving.After the group activities,the effectiveness of the group activities was evaluated through questionnaire evaluation and interview evaluation.Through the effectiveness evaluation,it can be seen that the team members’ resilience level has been improved to varying degrees,and the overall goal of the group has been basically achieved.Therefore,it is feasible to improve the resilience level of higher vocational college students through group work intervention.Finally,this study summarizes and reflects on the group activities,and puts forward feasible suggestions. |
