Investigation And Research On The Implementation Of Educational Punishments In Middle School Class Management Research

Educational punishment is the activity arrangement of academic and disciplinary punishment taken by the school or teacher to achieve the goal of standardizing students’ behavior and maintaining teaching order in accordance with laws and regulations and school system.Educational punishment is a common way in class management,which plays a positive role in correcting students’ deviant behavior effectively and maintaining teaching discipline and teaching order.However,once used improperly,there will be excessive corporal punishment of students,damaging the rights and interests of students.The present situation of educational punishment,how to better implement educational punishment,and how to play the role of educational punishment have become an important topic of class management.Centering on this problem awareness,the research will comprehensively review and analyze the relevant research results of educational punishment,laying a theoretical foundation for the whole research.At the same time,with the help of the existing research,the questionnaire was reconstructed to investigate the status quo of the implementation of educational punishments in middle school class management,and the middle school teachers and students were selected as the survey objects to acquire first-hand data through questionnaires and interviews.Sort out the relevant investigation results to understand the current situation of the way,reason,due effect and basis of educational punishment in the management of middle school classes.At the same time,the problems existing in educational punishment are summarized and attributed from the four main levels of teachers,schools,parents and students,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the causes of the problems,so as to promote the implementation of educational punishment.The research selects the educational punishment of middle school class management in M city as the object of analysis,and the middle school teachers as the object of investigation.Combining the analysis of theory and practice,it aims to achieve the following goals: to correct the misunderstanding of educational punishment and better play the role of educational punishment in class management;Perfect the theory of educational punishment,explore the reasonable mode and thought of education department punishment;Guide teacher education punishment scientific and reasonable degree,improve the efficiency and quality of teaching management.The main contents of the study include the current situation of the implementation of educational punishments in the middle school class management of M City,the problems in the implementation of educational punishments and the reasons leading to the problems,and the relevant suggestions for better implementation of educational punishments in the middle school class management.In order to make more effective use of educational punishment,it is necessary for teachers,schools,families and students to cooperate with each other.For teachers,it is necessary to deepen the theoretical understanding of educational punishment in class management and continuously improve the ability of educational punishment in combination with class management experience.For schools,it is necessary to improve school rules and regulations,focus on promoting the construction of supervision and appeal mechanism of educational punishment,and protect the rights and interests of teachers and students.For families,families also need to actively cooperate with school education and punishment work,support teachers’ work arrangement,improve their own cognitive system;For students,students also need to establish their sense of rights,treat educational punishment objectively,and actively cooperate with teachers’ class management.
