At this stage,national fitness has been elevated to a national strategy,and promoting the deep integration of national fitness and national health has become one of the primary development goals of national policies,reflecting the country’s great attention to national health.College sports are the guarantee of the national fitness program,college sports provide sufficient material guarantees and conditions for cultivating all-round talents,and lay a solid foundation for college students to develop lifelong physical exercise after graduation.Fitness and bodybuilding exercise has the effect of enhancing physical fitness,shaping the body and promoting health,which is conducive to the participation of all groups of people,achieving wide participation of the whole people,and fully responding to the policy requirements of national fitness.The value and role of fitness and bodybuilding to meet the common needs of college students in pursuit of health and beauty,is an important part of college physical education,but also college students to participate in the national fitness movement,develop exercise and fitness habits,improve the level of health is an important means,but the current acceptance and recognition of fitness and bodybuilding has not reached the expected goal,so fitness and bodybuilding need to be promoted and popularized in colleges and universities,conducive to the implementation of the goal of national fitness and national health.This paper uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to investigate and analyze the current situation and problems of fitness and bodybuilding promotion in 10 colleges and universities in Chengdu from the perspective of increasing awareness of national fitness and the concept of national health becoming more and more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,explores the main dilemmas in the promotion and popularization of fitness and bodybuilding in Chengdu,and puts forward feasible strategies and methods,in order to provide reference suggestions for the promotion theory and practice of fitness and bodybuilding in Chengdu.The research conclusion shows that the current situation and shortcomings of the promotion of fitness and bodybuilding in Chengdu are reflected in: the proportion of public courses on fitness and bodybuilding offered in colleges and universities in Chengdu is small,which restricts non-sports students from taking fitness and bodybuilding courses;The insufficient development of activities of college fitness and bodybuilding clubs and associations restricts the promotion and popularization of college fitness and bodybuilding exercises;College students have a single way to understand fitness and bodybuilding,and the way for students to understand fitness and bodybuilding is mainly through classmate guidance and new media communication.In terms of the innovation path of the fitness and bodybuilding promotion system of Chengdu colleges and universities,Chengdu colleges and universities should establish a reasonable and efficient organizational system,shape the fitness and bodybuilding sports culture of colleges and universities,and innovate the existing promotion content and course content on this basis;Combined with the realistic needs of the promotion target,allocate corresponding professional resources;Innovate promotion methods and tools to lay a technical and supporting foundation for the promotion of fitness and bodybuilding in colleges and universities.According to the conclusions,the following promotion strategies are proposed:(1)establish a reasonable and efficient organizational system and broaden the promotion channels;(2)Build a service system for professional talents and innovate and promote content;(3)Innovate diversified and comprehensive promotion models to expand the audience group;(4)Optimize the systematic and effective teacher structure to achieve promotion guarantee;(5)Make a fitness brand in Chengdu and improve the promotion effect.
