Through the past two decades of reform and opening-up,Chinese OFDI has entered the faster developing stage.Even though the global economy is in bad shape,Chinese OFDI has been in reverse.Both OFDI volume and share rank first in the world.China is one of the main promoters of the “One Belt,One Road” project,almost half of China’s 110 SEZ locations are located along "One Belt,One Road" area.There are also over twenty statelevel foreign industry parks situated along "One Belt,One Road" area,which has significantly boosted the competitiveness of Chinese foreign direct investment.In 2013 –2020,Chinese accumulated OFDI in this region amounted to USD 139.85 billion dollars,with a rapid growth in overall investment.Therefore,the "One Belt,One Road" countries have been increasingly attracting Chinese OFDI.This paper analyses the relation of OFDI effectiveness with the educational level in different nations along "One Belt,One Road" area,and looks for a valid approach to increase OFDI effectiveness.Based on the theory of Random Frontier Gravitational Model,the author analyses the relations among different countries "One Belt,One Road" and Chinese OFDI efficiency.
