Case Work Intervention For Children’s Internet Addiction Relief

The rapid development of information technology has laid a foundation for us to enter the information age,and the continuous emergence and popularization of network equipment such as computers and mobile phones has provided a lot of convenience for our daily life,study and other aspects.However,the development of things has two sides,and the network also has its positive effects and negative effects,It facilitates people’s life,but also brings troubles to people’s life.Based on the understanding of the charity needs of Chinese children,the China Children’s Foundation conducted a questionnaire survey on the children’s addiction to online games,and found that more than a quarter of the children are very addicted to online games,and most of them are addicted to video games and the Internet.Therefore,the severity of children’s Internet addiction is very necessary for the prevention and intervention of children’s Internet addiction.In order to solve the problem of Internet addiction in children,this study intervenes the problem of children in L school by the method of case work in social work,to help children in L school to solve the problem of Internet addiction and reduce the degree of Internet addiction.Taking junior middle school students in L school,we analyzed the current situation of Internet addiction among students in L school based on literature research,case interview and questionnaire survey.Taking Xiao W,a junior high school student in L school,as the research object,he used the method of case work to intervene in his problem of Internet addiction,hoping to help him get rid of Internet addiction.By strengthening the self-control ability of Xiao W to use the Internet,he will actively cultivate his interests and hobbies,so as to divert his attention to the Internet,improve the parent-child relationship,promote them to get family care,and carry out the supervision of his network use.To build a good and normal social network relationship for them,to promote enterprises to obtain extensive resource support from the society,and then to promote the solution of the Internet addiction problem of Small W.After adopting the case work method,Xiao W has a correct understanding of the network,the interest in learning interest and self-confidence have been improved,and the parent-child relationship has been significantly improved.After the case ended,small W gradually changed from a moderate Internet addict to a normal Internet group.The author recorded the interview content and intervention process of Xiao W and its surrounding related personnel,and recorded and summarized each intervention work in detail.After the conclusion of the case,the detailed summary and reflection are carried out for the whole case service.On this basis,it is concluded that it is feasible to intervene in the network addiction problem of case work of service objects.The value brought by multiple levels,which can not only help children solve the problem of Internet addiction through case intervention,but also help them resume normal learning,and help the families of Internet addiction students to establish a closer parent-child relationship.
