Research On The Social Case Work Intervention Of Adolescent Internet Addiction Disasorder

The adolescence is a critical period of individual socialization.During this period,teenagers are easily affected by the negative factors from various aspects and prevent them from developing healthy personality and hinder good behavior.Internet addiction is one of them;Internet addiction is a kind of state with long-term,repeated use of the network.The network mad state persists for a long time will not only harm the health of young people,but also bring negative influence to young people's lives and learning.Therefore we need to give timely and effective cognitive behavior guide and correction to Internet addiction teenagers to help them to quit addiction as soon as possible.From the perspective of social work of internship process,we found and analysis the addicted teenager's case during the internship,according to the amount of table to the service object of measurement of Internet addiction,we found that it is the service object of addiction degree of severe.The study shows that the severe influence of Internet addiction on the service object are the following:the cognitive level of psychological self cognitive impairment and family life level of the parent-child relationship between alienation and levels of learning and learning attitude is not positive,learning scores decreased.Leading to the main reason for the above problems is the lack of correct understanding of the network service object,followed by the parents of their neglect of education and school's improper guidance.Then for service object network addiction specific problems and causes,through the service object,service object for parents,school teachers and students were interviewed,collect and analyze relevant data,taking the opportunity of service plan on the basis of it.In specific stages of intervention by cognitive behavioral treatment model for service object isto help arouse the change the cognitive motivation and turn the motive conversion into practical action and with the practical action to quit addiction.At the same time,it also improves the external environment of the service object,helps the parents to change the educational concept and mode,so that the teacher is in charge of the service object and can help them with learning.To help the service object to obtain a good environment to change,to build a service object of social support network.In the last stage of the case service,consolidate the effect;carry on the case to follow up.After the end of the service,the results evaluation method according to the goal realization degree evaluation table,object services Internet behavior observatory scale,adolescent Internet addiction scale,the effect of case service(service object of parents,school teachers and classmates others interview data were evaluated.The assessment found that addiction service object is largely improved with good self cognition.Use case counseling method counter proposal and Internet addiction intervention is effective in a certain extent,to help the case main withdrawal.The pattern of cognitive behavior therapy for reconstruction in the case of the main cognitive structure is effective,the development of new behavior after correction also need a good family environment,school environment,the social environmental support;improve the social function,strengthen the case main interaction with the environment,to solve the problems of adolescents with internet addiction disorder.Finally,combined the professional knowledge with practical experience,give a summary and reflections on the theory,model and methods of selection and application,ethical dilemmas and worker roles and extended service,points out that the case of service work plays a positive role in solving the problem of youth internet addiction,also reflects the in practical problems appeared in the process,and further emphasizes the case involved in the important function and the significance of the problem of youth internet addiction.
