Research On The Implementation Effect Of Housing Security Policy For Introducing Talents In Taiyuan City

At present,in the era of knowledge economy,human capital,as the source of urban development and innovation,is increasingly playing an important role.Around the talent attraction strategy,various regions have put forward corresponding policy support in terms of settlement policy,living subsidy,rental subsidy,housing purchase subsidy,etc.Human capital theory believes that the higher the human capital,the smaller the flow barrier.The experience of college graduates in the region where the university is located and the social resources accumulated during their study will increase the possibility of their staying in the region where they are studying.However,Taiyuan has become more difficult to attract talents because of the limited number of colleges and universities.How to effectively retain local talents and attract foreign talents to come and work has become the top priority of government work.Talents are the foundation of innovative development and urban vitality.However,such factors as high housing prices,strict purchase restriction policies,and inability to rent satisfactory housing have affected the quality and level of life of foreign talents in varying degrees,and will affect the willingness to choose to come and work.This paper studies the housing security policy and implementation of talent introduction in Taiyuan,and further studies the housing demand and preference to provide the basis for the formulation of talent introduction policy in Taiyuan.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the housing security policies of talent introduction in Taiyuan,this paper studies the current housing security situation of talent introduction in Taiyuan by means of questionnaire survey.Analyze the impact of housing security policy on housing affordability and the satisfaction analysis of housing groups,and further use the binary logistic regression model to analyze the factors affecting the purchase of targeted talent group purchase houses and rental talent apartments.Classify and analyze the influence factors of the purchase group and rental talent apartment.To further analyze the main problems existing in the introduction of talents,put forward the problems from the aspects of insufficient subsidies,the need to balance the stability of policies,and the need to refine the top-level design,and then give suggestions from the aspects of diversified means of housing security supply for talents,making full use of stock housing,accelerating the collection of talent housing through the rental market,and reducing the proportion of housing expenditure in income.
