Research On Housing Problems Of Imported Talents In Xi'an City

In the last five years,due to the urban development and urban charm of Xi'an,its house prices have risen rapidly.This undoubtedly makes the housing problem of foreign talents in Xi'an become severe.The purpose of introducing talents in Xi'an is to promote the development of urban economy.However,factors such as excessive housing prices,limited purchases,and poor rental housing make the living standards and quality of imported talents affected,and even affect their willingness to stay in Xi'an.Therefore,by understanding their housing needs and preferences,and rationally solving their housing problems,talent can be retained on the basis of attracting talents.In order to better understand the housing preferences and dilemmas of foreign talents introduced in Xi'an,and to analyze and solve the housing problems faced by this group,this paper starts from the perspective of housing problems of imported talents in Xi'an,using qualitative research as the main research.A comprehensive research method.Firstly,on the basis of previous studies,the questionnaire survey was used to understand the housing status of imported talents in Xi'an.Then,based on the current situation,the logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of Xian's foreign talents.The empirical analysis found that with the increase of age,the possibility of foreign talents tending to purchase housing is increased;the probability of foreigners who are married to introduce foreigners is greater than that of unmarried foreigners;the level of foreign talents is imported.Housing preferences have no significant impact;employment problems and the severity of housing problems also affect their housing preferences;in addition,whether or not to enjoy housing benefits has the greatest impact on the introduction of talent housing preferences,the housing provident fund to introduce talent housing preferences is not significant influences.Then,based on the results of the questionnaire and the literature review,it is concluded that the imported talents in Xi'an have the following housing problems: small living area;poor living environment;housing is far away from work;housing expenditure accountsfor a large income.Finally,through the analysis of Xian's talent housing policy and the practical experience of talent housing in first-tier cities,this paper puts forward several suggestions to solve the problem of foreign talents imported from Xi'an.The details are as follows: different according to different levels of talents Safe housing policy;improve the operation and management mechanism of talented housing;rationally select talents to protect housing;standardize the housing rental market,improve the quality of leasing;change the concept of home ownership and improve consumption habits.
