| With the continuous development of information technology,teaching methods have undergone a major transformation.The Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as "the new standards")mentions that "teachers should pay attention to the new phenomena and characteristics of language use in daily life in the Internet era,understand the far-reaching impact of information technology on students’ reading and expression and communication,and grasp the in-depth integration of information technology and language teaching.Grasp the deep integration of information technology and language teaching." Easinote is widely used as a teaching aid for literacy teaching in primary schools.Literacy teaching is the focus of teaching in Key Stage 1 and is the starting point for student learning.The ability to effectively use Easinote as a tool to support literacy teaching has a significant impact on both teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.In order to propose strategies for the application of Easinote in the teaching of literacy in the lower levels of primary school and to improve the quality of literacy teaching in the lower levels of primary school,this study used four first grade language teachers in Primary School C in Chengdu as the subjects of the study,and more than 40 regular lessons were observed using the observation method.To make the study more focused,ten lessons from the literacy unit were selected as case studies to record the teachers’ use of Easinote in the classroom and the students’ operation of Easinote.It was found that there are problems in the use of Easinote in literacy teaching in lower primary schools,such as teachers’ low level of courseware production and failure to grasp the important and difficult points of literacy teaching;unskilled operation of the whiteboard,which affects the effectiveness of literacy teaching;low effectiveness of classroom interaction and neglect of students’ participation in class;and weak awareness of resource sharing and neglect of teachers’ common development.Combined with the current situation of the study in Primary School C,strategies for optimising the application of Easinote in the teaching of literacy in lower primary school were proposed in response to the problems: establishing the concept of lifelong learning and enhancing teachers’ professionalism;using information technology proficiently to optimise the quality of classroom teaching;designing effective interactive links to clarify students’ main status;and strengthening the awareness of sharing teaching resources to achieve teachers’ common development.This lays a solid foundation for comprehensively promoting the application of Easinote in language literacy teaching in the lower primary school,enhancing the efficiency of literacy teaching and promoting students’ ability to master independent literacy.Based on the strategies proposed,the literacy content in the Ministry of Education language textbook was analysed in detail,with examples of pictographic and ideographic literacy lessons selected as case studies,and from four aspects: interpretation of the textbook,teaching objectives,teaching priorities and teaching processes.As a supplement to the application strategies,the study provides reference and reference for frontline teaching practice,using inspiring teaching language as a bridge and skilled operation techniques. |
