Mother tongue education is the basis of all education, lifelong developments impact onchildren of mother-tongue education major. Mother tongue education is the basis of all education,lifelong developments impact on children of mother-tongue education major. Therefore, teachingof literacy is the core of lower primary school education for children.This article focuses on low literacy to primary school textbooks conducted a study on therationality of the workbook in the layout. Article respectively, an in-depth survey of primaryschools children lower static reality of dynamic literacy and literacy, education combiningquantitative and qualitative research methods, survey results and people’s education presscompared low teaching with textbook, workbook and analyse the wording related to thevocabulary teaching of rational distribution of the three main factors--Word, Word type, Wordorder, unreasonable, not in the workbook from which to explore distribution and deeper causes ofthe phenomena of the science, to workbook especially in literacy teaching material of Chinesetextbook teaching with practical advice and recommendations reasonable distribution of words.This article consists of the following basic components:Chapter I, issues raised. Describes the background to the issues raised, and set out in detail inpapers in preparation for the review of academic papers, sort out relevant researches at home andabroad in a professional journal, and clearly define the core concepts involved in the article aswell as the theoretical basis of the study, this study was made on the basis of the fundamentalcharacteristics of thought and research.Chapter II, detailed analysis of survey data. The part followed by analysis of low literacywhen children start primary school, primary school and primary school children write wordswritten using words low characteristics embodied by the character of extracurricular reading inchildren, and summarizes the character quantity, kind and reflecting on the word order in thecommon law.Chapter III, the above three data conclusions and present taught literacy textbook, workbookdistribution in low contrast, so finding unreasonable phenomenon exists between the workbookand textbook distribution. Articles considered, ranging from lack of literacy education at the level of macroeconomic theory or misplace problemor improper strategy issues in micro-operation level.Chapter I, in the third and fourth chapter analysis made on the basis of the principle ofreasonable distribution of words and select the path. Article believes that to achieve rationaldistribution of literacy textbook, workbook should be to "the zone of proximal development"theory of distribution;"Diminishing utility of Chinese character" theory of rational distribution ofcharacter types; Cognitive characteristics of children a reasonable distribution of Word order;Written in scientific and precise approach to literacy teaching materials.Reasonable distribution of literacy textbook, workbook is a system of strong professionalwork, requires a large amount of data as supporting, that is doing research and this article is notnecessarily complete and comprehensive, hopes this research will initiate for further in-depthstudy to provide references.
