| In recent years,due to the increasing comprehensive ability of the country,the broad masses of the people have begun to pay more attention to the all-round development of body and mind while meeting the basic material conditions.School physical education has become an important base for cultivating students’ lifelong physical education awareness,interest,habits and abilities,and its attention is getting higher and higher,especially the college football public physical education class.However,due to the short teaching time of football public physical education class,the traditional teaching methods have been difficult to promote students’ all-round development.In order to embody the teaching aim of "all-round development of students",improve the present situation of football teaching,actively explore and reform football teaching methods,promote the sound development of football teaching in colleges and universities,and further improve the teaching quality.In this thesis,the application of contract learning method in college football public course teaching is taken as the research object,and the undergraduates in physical education class,Grade2019 of China University of Mining and Technology are taken as the experimental objects to explore the teaching effects of contract learning method and traditional teaching method in college football public physical education class teaching respectively.The methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and teaching experiment are used to carry out the research,and draw conclusions and suggestions through research:Conclusions:1.In the teaching of public football courses in colleges and universities,there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the test results of the 50 meter run,standing long jump and 1000 meter run,and the experimental class is higher than the control class,although the contract Both the learning method and the traditional teaching method have improved the physical quality of the students,but the contract learning method can effectively improve the physical quality of the students compared with the traditional teaching method.2.Contract learning method in the teaching of football public course.Through statistical comparative analysis of teaching experimental data,found that the experimental class students and the control class showed a very significant difference in self-efficacy,and the experimental class students’ self-efficacy also showed a very significant difference before and after the experiment.It shows that the contract learning method is helpful to improve students’ interest in physical education,increase their initiative in physical exercise,cultivate and develop students’ ability of independent thinking,thinking and hands-on,and improve classroom teaching effect.3.Application of contract learning method in teaching.Through comparative analysis of data,found that the experimental class students and the control class showed a very significant difference in self-efficacy,and the self-efficacy of the experimental class students also showed a very significant difference before and after the experiment.It shows that contract learning method can effectively improve students’ self-efficacy,strengthen their confidence in overcoming difficulties,enhance their self-confidence and promote their all-round development.4.Contract learning method is superior to the traditional teaching method in three aspects: football skills reaching the standard,technical evaluation grade and comprehensive skills score,which shows that contract learning method is more conducive to promoting students’ mastery and development of sports technical skills and improving classroom teaching effect.Suggestions:1.The contract learning method is applied to the teaching of football as a public course.Teachers need to have enough professional knowledge,high professional quality,strong professional ability,and generous basic theoretical knowledge,and master a variety of teaching methods to meet the actual needs of students.2.When the contract learning method is applied to the teaching of football as a public course,teachers need to help students to set their own learning goals,so as to avoid students’ losing their learning motivation,reducing their learning enthusiasm and interest,and thus affecting the teaching effect.3.The contract learning method has obviously improved students’ interest in physical education,skill level and self-efficacy in the teaching of football as a public course,which provides a good reference for other sports.However,this method requires teachers to change their teaching ideas,change their roles,master advanced educational concepts,and selectively popularize and apply it according to the types and characteristics of sports.4.Using contract learning method in the teaching of football public course,teachers and students are complementary to each other.For the formulation of contract learning objectives,teachers should guide and encourage students to design their own learning objectives,and always supervise the completion of students’ learning objectives in class.After signing the contract,students need to actively and independently implement the contract,and in the process of implementation,they should be self-supervised,and discuss with teachers to revise and improve their learning objectives according to their own practice. |
