| Traditional teaching methods have a profound influence on our country’s teaching model.With the needs of educational development and the deepening of new courses and teaching reforms,teaching methods have also been more innovative.Traditional teaching models are increasingly unable to meet the needs of the current students’ physical and mental development,and have great obstacles to students’quality education and overall development.In traditional classrooms,students are often in a passive position.The learning of knowledge is mainly through the injection of teachers,and students passively accept knowledge.As a new heuristic teaching method,the trial teaching method takes students as the main body in the teaching of our new era,which promotes the students’ autonomy in learning to the greatest extent.In the attempt to explore the process of discovering knowledge with teachers,it has greater advantages and innovations than traditional teaching methods.I selected two female classes in the 2019 public sports volleyball elective course of Zhengzhou University as a teaching experiment.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group.One class used trial teaching method for teaching,and the other class used traditional teaching method for teaching.Through experimental research,analyze whether there is a difference between the teaching effect of the trial teaching method and the traditional teaching method,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the teaching quality of public sports volleyball courses in schools.Use SPSS 17.0 to organize the data measured in the experiment.The experimental results show that there is no significant difference between the two groups of students in the ball up-to-standard test(P>0.05).The pass up-to-standard test,the passing technique test,the serve up-to-standard test and the pad are not significantly different.There were significant differences in the four performance indicators in the ball technique test(P<0.01).The conclusions are as follows:1.Try to apply the teaching method to public volleyball elective courses in colleges and universities.Although students do not have significant differences in thefrontal two-handed ball up test,they have significant differences in the frontal two-handed passing skills and underhand serve.It shows that the trial teaching method in the college volleyball elective course can improve the frontal pass and underhand serve with both hands.The effect is better than the traditional teaching method,which helps students to better master the volleyball skills and movements.2.Compared with the traditional teaching method,there is no significant difference in the effect of the attempted teaching method on the students’ physical fitness(P>0.05),and there is no obvious difference between the two classes.3.the trial teaching method is applied to the public sports volleyball elective courses in colleges and universities,and there are significant differences in students’sports participation,active interest and negative interest(P<0.05),indicating that the trial teaching method can help stimulate students’ interest in sports learning.4.the trial teaching method is applied to the public sports volleyball elective courses of colleges and universities,and there is a significant difference in the initiative and cooperation awareness of students’ physical exercise(P<0.05),indicating that the trial teaching method can help improve students’ physical exercise initiative and cooperation consciousness.5.Trying teaching method is more helpful than traditional teaching method to improve students’ classroom participation and classroom teaching effect. |
