The implementation of the "double reduction" policy has put forward higher requirements for after-school services in primary schools.Primary school after-school sports services,as an important component of after-school services,are important measures in response to policy guidance.The after-school football teaching activities in primary schools rely on the ideal platform of after-school sports services,ushering in new development opportunities.It is of great significance for expanding the participation of primary school students in football,promoting the development of primary school campus football,improving students’ football level,and increasing the football population base.This research takes the current situation of after-school football teaching activities in Wuhan campus football characteristic primary schools as the research object,and uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,field investigation,interview,and Grounded theory to study the current situation of after-school football teaching activities in Wuhan campus football characteristic primary schools.After systematic analysis,it was found that the current situation of after-school football teaching activities under the background of "double reduction" has some advantages,but there are still some problems that need to be solved,including organizational leadership,hardware facility guarantee,teacher strength,teaching cognition,and teaching design.The main reasons for this are the abnormal performance of the school’s leading function,the constraints of internal and external factors on teachers’ work,and the limitations of students’ football cognitive level.The following countermeasures are proposed to address the problems in after-school football teaching activities: firstly,strengthen teaching management and promote "family school community" co education.Secondly,coordinate venue resources and update equipment and equipment in a timely manner.Thirdly,collaborate with teachers both inside and outside the school to build a "dual teacher" teaching model.Fourthly,improve football awareness and establish correct values.Fifth,improve the evaluation mechanism and stimulate the motivation for teaching improvement.Based on the research on the current situation of after-school football teaching activities in Wuhan campus football characteristic primary schools,the following conclusions are summarized:(1)Under the background of "double reduction",in terms of organizational leadership in carrying out after-school football teaching activities in schools,football teaching emphasizes its form rather than its connotation.(2)Under the background of "double reduction",there are obvious problems in the hardware facilities for the school to carry out after-school football teaching activities,such as insufficient football fields,equipment loss,and failure to repair and update them in a timely manner.(3)Under the background of "double reduction",in terms of the teaching staff for after-school football teaching activities in schools,the teachers are relatively young and mostly hired from outside.The overall quality of the teachers is high,but their teaching experience is relatively low and they lack teaching experience.(4)Under the background of "double reduction",the students’ football awareness in the after-school football teaching activities carried out by the school is insufficient,the promotion of after-school football is insufficient,and the students’ participation attitude is not serious.(5)Under the background of "double reduction",the incentive and assessment mechanism for after-school football teaching activities in Wuhan Football Characteristic Primary School is not fully constructed. |
