Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Football Association Activities In Xi’an Beilin District Primary School Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy

The introduction of "double-reduction policy" has promoted the development of various activities in primary and secondary schools.Meanwhile,sports activities have also entered a stage of rapid development with the introduction of the policy.This paper investigates and studies the development status of football extracurricular activities in primary schools of Beilin District in Xi ’an after the introduction of the background of "double-reduction policy",affirming its existing advantages.At the same time,find out the existing problems in its current development and promote its development.The research object of this paper is the research on the status quo and development countermeasures of football association activities of primary schools in Beilin District of Xi ’an.A total of 10 primary schools,such as Jianguo Road Primary School in Beilin District and University South Road Primary School Branch School in Beilin District,are selected to investigate the status quo of football association activities.The results show that:The coaching teachers of the primary school after-school football association in Bi Forest District have a reasonable age and educational structure.The coaches with high education and high level are relatively short.Some teachers have less teaching experience and less opportunities to participate in football training and self-learning.The main reason for most of the players to participate in the extracurricular football club activities is because of their own interests.At the same time,the parents’ support for students is also one of the most important factors.The football field facilities of some primary schools in Beilin District are relatively backward.After the "double reduction" policy,the number of after-school football club activities is increasing.The existing football field and equipment facilities of some schools can not meet the needs of students to exercise.The fund of football association activities mainly comes from the financial allocation of the school.Most of the football association members of the school say that the fund is tight,and the rewards for students and teachers in the development of football association are lacking and insufficient.The instructor of some elementary school football clubs in Beilin District thinks that the school leaders do not pay enough attention to the survival of football clubs.Xi ’an Beilin Primary School football association development countermeasures are as follows:(1)Improve the management system of football association,improve the effective incentive and assessment mechanism for students and teachers;(2)broaden the fund raising channels of the football association,increase the investment of funds,and improve the facilities;(3)create the "high-senxiao" plan of Beilin District of Xi ’an,and carry out targeted teacher training;(4)Reasonably arrange the time for the football association to carry out,and enrich the content of the activities of the primary school football association in various ways.(5)The school should strengthen the publicity of the activities of the primary school football association.
