Badminton is very popular in colleges and universities in China,and the requirements for college students ’ physical quality are very high.In a game,footwork is one of the key factors to win.The technical level of badminton is also affected by the ability of footwork movement.The improvement of footwork movement ability requires the training of various physical qualities to develop,among which sensitive quality is particularly important.Because sensitive quality is the comprehensive embodiment of speed,strength,coordination and other abilities,at present,the training of footwork movement ability mostly focuses on the intervention of strength and speed quality.There are few studies on the intervention of sensitive quality training for college students,and the training mode is single.Therefore,this study focuses on the influence of the intervention of sensitive quality training on the footwork movement ability of college badminton students,and is of great significance for the training of badminton footwork movement ability in the future.This study uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to carry out sensitive quality training intervention for college badminton students,and selects 20 students from the badminton elective class of physical education major of Sichuan University of Light Chemical Technology.Experimental research,20 students were randomly divided into experimental group 10 people,control group 10 people.The experimental group adopted the training method preferred by experts and scholars,and the control group adopted the traditional sensitive quality training method to carry out a 10-week teaching experiment.Through the comparative analysis of sensitive quality,badminton footwork movement technology evaluation,badminton footwork movement speed,competition performance and other indicators,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)The training methods of the experimental group in this study are optimized by expert coaches according to the characteristics of badminton events and the characteristics of physical and mental development of college students.The preferred results are : rope ladder training methods(straight line direction,parallel direction)and rope skipping training methods(start step,hip jump,single foot pattern change,cross jump,cross step jump,high leg lift).The control group used traditional sensitive training(moving or in situ various dense,hip jump,lunge and other training methods).(2)According to the comparison of the experimental data of the two groups of students after the sensitive quality training,the 10 experimental subjects in the experimental group had a more obvious increase in the value of the two scores of the sensitive quality test and the change rate before and after the experiment(P < 0.01).In terms of moving speed,both groups were improved.Specifically,after the experiment,the average scores of boys in the experimental group increased by 0.78 s,1.09 s,1.71 s and 1.28 s respectively in about 5touches,5 straight forward and backward tests,10 low center of gravity footwork and sixpoint movement in the whole field.Compared with the control group,the increase was more significant(p < 0.05).Especially in the rotation speed and footwork flexibility to improve more obvious,although the control group also improved,but the results are not as good as the experimental group.From the final victory rate of the competition organized after this experiment,the total number of victories and the winning rate of the experimental group were more than those of the control group.It is mainly due to the fact that the sensitivity of the lower limbs can be improved through the practice of rapidly changing the center of gravity of the body in rope ladder and rope skipping,and the ability of the rotation speed response in the process of footwork movement and direction change,so as to improve the students ’ special footwork movement ability and make the advantage more obvious.(3)The characteristics of badminton sports require attention to the training of footwork,and special agility is one of the important physical qualities that affect footwork,and it is also a comprehensive embodiment of other qualities.In the training of special agility,attention should be paid to the reasonable arrangement of exercise load and exercise interval.Due to the characteristics of agility,the training time is arranged in the first half of a class.During training,teachers should observe the physical condition of students and avoid the occurrence of sports injuries.
