Background: The body movement function training is introduced into our country in the period of preparing for the London Olympic Games,which can improve the movement structure mode of the athletes,extend the sports life,and provide an important guarantee for the safety of the athletes.With the continuous update and improvement of the theory,its application field and population are also constantly diversified.As one of the training methods,multi-directional mobile training is also worth studying.Badminton,as a broad-based sport,has a series of advantages,such as improving sports ability,enhancing physical health,broadening interpersonal communication and high ornamental.Methods: This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,expert interview and experiment.The experimental subjects are 40 students of badminton minor of Capital Institute of physical education.They are divided into experimental group and control group by pre-test.Among them,the experimental group carries out multi-directional movement training and the control group carries out traditional Badminton Footwork Training.Through 14 weeks of training,the differences between the experimental group and the control group are compared,and the training of multi-directional movement training on Badminton Footwork movement speed is analyzed The results and influencing factors will provide more effective and abundant training means for the future badminton special footwork training,and increase the scientificity and rationality of its application in the footwork training of Badminton Class in physical education institutions.In this paper,six physical fitness evaluation indexes related to movement speed are selected,which are 30 meter acceleration run,standing long jump,one minute rope skipping,turn back run,T-shaped run and Illinois sensitive test,and three special evaluation indexes of movement speed are selected,i.e."meter" run,"ten" run and diagonal four-point step.The performance data of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment are compared Results of the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:(1)Multidirectional mobile training can significantly improve the results of turn back running,t-running,Illinois sensitive running,meter running,cross running and diagonal four-point footwork,which shows that multidirectional mobile training can not only effectively improve the quality level related to footwork moving speed,such as sensitivity,response,direction change and moving speed,but also have a good effect on the footwork moving speed of badminton It is valuable to apply it to the footwork training of badminton class.(2)The training methods and related footwork training in multi-directional mobiletraining are highly correlated with footwork training in badminton special footwork training,which can form a good positive transfer during training,contribute to the improvement of badminton special footwork,and promote individuals to establish a scientific and stable sports mode,It plays a strong supporting and supporting role for the footwork of the lower limbs when moving.(3)The results of turn back,t-run,Illinois run and special footwork test of multidirectional mobile training are higher than those of traditional footwork training.There is no difference between them in rope skipping,long jump and accelerated running test items.It shows that multidirectional mobile training has more advantages than traditional footwork training in the training of agility,reaction,change of direction and mobile speed quality,but in the quality of strength and explosion The influence of the above two kinds of training is not great,the former is more comprehensive and comprehensive than the latter.(4)It is feasible to introduce the multi-directional mobile training into the footwork training of Badminton Class in physical education colleges.Not only is the training method and training method feasible,but also the preparation of training equipment is relatively easy,the operation is simple,the adjustment of training load can fully achieve good training effect,and the training method and training method are more abundant,which can be used in badminton class The choice of footwork training methods provides more reference.
