This dissertation adopts literature,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys and mathematical statistics,takes the core literacy of alpine skiing social sports instructors as the research object,takes alpine skiing social sports instructors as the survey object,analyzes the current situation of the cognition,presentation and cultivation of core literacy of alpine skiing social sports instructors,and carries out research on the construction of core literacy of alpine skiing social sports instructors through expert questionnaires and cultural three-level theoretical models.Research conclusion: First,although the alpine skiing social sports instructors do not understand the concept of core literacy,they have the tendency to form core literacy ability.Secondly,the core literacy of alpine skiing social sports instructors is divided into three dimensions: the center layer,the middle layer,the outer layer.Third,the core qualities of alpine skiing social sports instructors include: socialist core values;The middle level literacy includes: lifelong learning literacy communication and cooperation literacy;Exo-level literacy includes: professional knowledge teaching and fitness guidance,organization and management rescue ability and sports injury prevention and treatment.Research suggestion: Firstly,from the top design,attach importance to the development of the core quality of alpine skiing social sports instructors.Based on the three dimensions,eight secondary indexes and 31 tertiary indexes of the core literacy of the social sports instructors of alpine skiing,the accreditation training program of the social sports instructors of alpine skiing was revised to enrich the form and content of the vocational accreditation training course,break through the barriers of only technology,and strengthen the enhancement of the instructors’ core literacy ability.Secondly,the professional organizations of social sports instructors in alpine skiing,such as ski schools and clubs,can construct the vocational evaluation system of instructors from the dimensions of the instructors’ core literacy,construct the content of vocational re-education courses,and promote the improvement of the overall quality of social sports instructors in alpine skiing from the two dimensions of occupational pressure and vocational re-education.Thirdly,sports colleges and universities specializing in ice and snow sports are set to revise practical course textbooks or guiding documents according to the dimensions and indicators of the core qualities of social sports instructors of alpine skiing,so as to closely link the education of ice and snow sports schools with working practices,and constantly improve students’ employment skills while completing daily school education tasks.Finally,instructors or those who wish to become instructors for the community,according to the dimensions and indicators of the core literacy of alpine skiing social sports instructors,improve the level of personal core literacy consciously,on the one hand to meet the needs of professional development,on the one hand to meet the needs of the development of our skiing industry for high quality talent.
