In recent years, with the continuous rise of tennis, the tennis population has gradually increased. The threshold for learning tennis is high,it is difficult for beginners to get started in the learning process, and traditional tennis teaching methods and training methods are also facing improvement and innovation. This article takes the effect of elastic band resistance training on the stability of tennis beginners’ forehand and backhand shots as the research object, and provides new teaching ideas, practical experience and theoretical support for elastic band resistance training in future tennis teaching through experimental intervention. In this paper,we use the literature method, expert interview method, data analysis method and teaching experiment method to intervene in the elastic band resistance training of tennis beginners, and explore whether this training method can affect the batting stability of the bottom line forehand and backhand of tennis beginners. In this paper,12 tennis beginners were randomly selected as experimental subjects, and there was no significant difference in their physical indicators, and they were randomly divided into 6 experimental groups and 6 control groups, and then 6 weeks of tennis training, each group trained twice a week for 90 minutes each time.In the experiment, the training methods of the two groups of experimental subjects used traditional tennis training, and the experimental group conducted 20 minutes of elastic band resistance training per lesson. After 6 weeks, the physical fitness and the stability of the bottom line forehand and backhand shots of the two groups of experimental subjects were assessed, and the assessment results were statistically analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn:1.The stability scores of forehand and backhand batting action in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference. It can be explained that compared with traditional tennis training, elastic band resistance training has a more effective effect on the stability of the forehand and backhand batting action of tennis beginners, but the effect is not obvious.2.The stability of the bottom line shooting depth and the stability of the bottom line accuracy of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and there were significant differences. It can be explained that both elastic band resistance training and traditional tennis training can improve the stability of tennis beginners’ forehand and backhand shots to a certain extent, but elastic band resistance training is better than traditional tennis training.3.Whether in the bottom line batting accuracy strength assessment or the bottom line hitting depth strength assessment, the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and there were significant differences. It can be explained that elastic band resistance training has a better effect on the stability of tennis beginners’ bottom line batting power than traditional tennis training.
