With the rapid development of our country’s economy and society,how to train the people with good moral character,innovative ability and practical ability has become a key issue in education.And how to solve this problem effectively is also an important standard to measure the effectiveness of university work.As a hot issue in curriculum ideology and politics,colleges and universities are trying to study and discuss how to incorporate relevant elements of curriculum ideology and politics into the teaching content,and how to deal with this challenge.Physical education is one of the most important courses in colleges and universities.Strategy of sports power is also the important goal of our sports work reform and development in the new era.Therefore,the construction of ideological and political education course should be paid more attention to,so it is urgent to understand the current development status and existing problems of ideological and political education course.This study takes the present situation and countermeasures of ideological and political education in physical education courses of colleges and universities in Xi ’an as the research object.A total of 10 colleges and universities in Xi ’an are selected as the research objects.Literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are adopted respectively to find the difficulties in integrating ideological and political education into physical education courses of colleges and universities.Overcoming the one-sidedness of ideological and political curriculum development;On the other hand,it puts forward some positive suggestions for the development of ideological and political thinking in physical education courses,which promotes the development of ideological and political thinking in physical education courses in colleges and universities in Xi ’an,and also lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the development of ideological and political thinking in physical education courses in other areas.The results are as follows:1.Make a basic investigation and analysis on the status quo of ideological and political system and cognition of physical education courses.At present,there are some problems such as unsound system,lack of specialization and pertinence in physical education course of Xi ’an colleges and universities.The school has not made clear provisions and evaluation standards in PE teaching management system,PE classroom routine system and PE education standard system.The content,timing and scale of ideological and political education in physical education are determined by the teachers’ basic quality and teaching experience.2.Combined with the questionnaire of teachers and students,the survey results show that there is a certain deviation between the teaching objectives of teachers and the actual needs of students.At present,most physical education teachers in colleges and universities focus on the development of students’ physical quality and sports skills,but pay less attention to students’ cognitive development and emotional and social development goals,especially in special elective courses.What students care more about is what practical effect the knowledge they learn from PE class can bring to themselves.3.Investigate and analyze the implementation approach and evaluation mechanism of curriculum ideological and political thinking.The way of ideological and political implementation in PE course is single and the evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism are not perfect.There is no basic evaluation standard among colleges and universities on how to evaluate the implementation effect of curriculum ideology and politics,and there is no specific incentive system for teachers.4.Based on the above survey reasons,and influenced by the duration of ideological and political development in physical education classes,most teachers and students believe that the effect of ideological and political development in physical education classes is mediocre.According to the results of this study,relevant suggestions are put forward for the current situation of ideological and political education in physical education courses of Xi ’an colleges and universities from seven aspects,namely,policy system,teaching ability improvement,learning consciousness,educational objectives and contents,teaching mode,evaluation system and incentive system,and learning atmosphere,so as to promote the further development of ideological and political education in physical education courses of Xi ’an colleges and universities.
