| To cultivate talents who adapt to the rapid development of society,we should not only pay attention to imparting knowledge,but also pay attention to the cultivation of learning ability.As an important part of school education,the innovation and improvement of teaching methods is an important topic to improve the educational effect of college physical education classroom.In order to explore appropriate teaching methods to stimulate students’ interest in table tennis learning and improve their autonomous learning ability,this study mainly adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,comparative study and mathematical statistics,taking the experiment of three-stage problem-oriented teaching method in table tennis elective course in colleges and universities as the topic.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of three-stage problem-oriented teaching method in pedagogy,sports training and psychology,divides the teaching process into three stages: "autonomous learning-interactive inquiry-consolidation and promotion",and further discusses the implementation principles of three-stage problem-oriented teaching method: problem-oriented,step by step,student-centered and diversified learning.On this basis,this study also takes 58 college students in 28 hours of table tennis elective course of Southwest University of Science and Technology in 2021 as the research object to carry out experimental research.Based on the experimental data obtained in this teaching experimental environment and the analysis of the experimental data,this study draws the following conclusions: The three-stage problem-oriented teaching method has no obvious effect on improving students’ physical fitness;Three-stage problem-oriented teaching method can effectively improve students’ table tennis skills;Three-stage problem-oriented teaching method can effectively enhance students’ interest in physical education;Three-stage problem-oriented teaching method can effectively improve students’ problem-solving ability;Three-stage problem-oriented teaching method can effectively improve students’ independent learning ability in physical education;The three-stage problem-oriented teaching method has no obvious influence on students’ curriculum satisfaction.This study integrates the results of teaching experiment analysis and combines the observation and thinking of the implementation process of three-stage problem-oriented teaching method,and puts forward the following suggestions: The three-stage problem-oriented teaching method has some remarkable effects,and proper application will help students participate in sports for life;The three-stage problem-oriented teaching method is difficult to implement,and effective implementation requires teachers to have higher comprehensive quality;All kinds of teaching methods have their scope of application,and the comprehensive application of various teaching methods is needed to carry out teaching. |
