| Known as the "national game",table tennis has a very profound mass and sports foundation.For colleges and universities,it has become an important part of college physical education curriculum.Due to various factors,the traditional single ball teaching is still used in table tennis teaching,which makes students’ interest in learning gradually decrease,so it is difficult to achieve good teaching effect,and it is difficult to achieve the goal of cultivating students’ lifelong sports awareness.Therefore,by referring to the research results of table tennis teaching,and according to the characteristics of table tennis and the law of physical and mental development of college students,this paper tries to apply the teaching of "single and multiple balls combined" in table tennis elective courses in xinjiang ordinary colleges and universities and this kind of teaching is compared with the traditional single-ball teaching experiment,so as to verify the feasibility of "single-multi-ball combination" teaching in xinjiang colleges and universities.Based on the traditional teaching,to enrich the teaching methods of table tennis elective in xinjiang colleges and universities,improve the teaching and learning effect.This article through the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,the xinjiang medical university were randomly selected two classes of college table tennis elective course experimental teaching,and the two classes were randomly divided into that in comparative classes and experimental classes,and that in comparative classes in traditional teaching,experimental classes using "single ball combination" teaching to the teaching experiment.Before the experiment,the basic table tennis skills of the students of the control class and the experimental class were tested,and the learning motivation and teaching effect of table tennis were tested by questionnaire.After 17 weeks of different teaching,the indexes of the experimental class and the control class were posttested.SPSS software was used to conduct independent sample T test on the test results data before and after the experiment.Data analysis shows that the teaching of "single and multiple balls combined" greatly improves students’ forehand attacking shot,backhand attacking shot/blocking shot,swing speed and learning motivation.The following conclusions are drawn:1."single and multi-ball combination" teaching according to students in different periods of different current conditions for alternating practice,in line with the formation of motor skills,easy for students to quickly grasp the key points of movement technology,making students’ movements more standardized and stable.At the same time to ensure the quality of classroom teaching,greatly improve the students’ learning effect.2.The teaching of "single and multi-ball combination" is more prominent in improving the motivation level of students in learning table tennis,which also indicates that the teaching of "single and multi-ball combination" will carry out different practice modes according to each person’s learning situation,which to some extent solves the problem of students’ learning ability and boredom.It promotes students to integrate into the table tennis course faster,thus improving the motivation level of students to learn table tennis course.3.In terms of teaching evaluation and feedback suggestions,students give good feedback on the teaching effect of "single and multi-ball combination".It is believed that this type of teaching has strong flexibility,which effectively stimulates students’ interest in learning table tennis and encourages them to practice actively subjectively,forming a positive influence to some extent.4.according to the actual teaching situation in proportion to the reasonable allocation of single ball and the ball more practice,combine the advantages of both foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,let the students grasp the correct specification in the limited class hour action,improve the students’ interest in table tennis,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of student learning,improve classroom teaching quality,improve the students’ learning. |
