“Empty-nesters” are young people who have left their hometown and lived alone in big cities in the process of social change.They have to bear the pressure of work and life alone,at the same time,but also to bear the emotional sustenance of the poor,lack of family warmth.Especially into the IT industry,“Empty-nest youth”,because of the IT industry;s high-pressure,fast-paced,high-tech requirements of the industry characteristics,compared with non-empty-nest young employees,this group has to bear more pressure from parents,society and workplace.Among them,the exclusion of women in the workplace and the family responsibilities that women have to shoulder make them unable to balance the high-pressure work,causing IT industry“Empty-nest young women workers” to be under pressure for a long time,negative emotions can not be released,not only affect the“Empty nest young women workers” personal health,but also affect the work efficiency of enterprises.Through field research,scale,and in-depth interviews,it was found that the negative emotional problems of“Empty-nest young female workers” in IT industry were mainly manifested as depression,anxiety,loneliness,tension,restlessness,irritability,irritability,fatigue,etc..From the perspective of cognitive behavior theory,it is found that some subjects,such as “ Empty-nest young female workers ”,have improper cognition,such as high achievement and high expectation of return,the results are as follows: the work environment of the enterprise is depressed,the management of the enterprise lacks humanistic care,the interpersonal environment of the community is alienated,and it is difficult to blend in The sense of nothingness in the network environment,lack of real emotional interaction,fast pace of life,lack of social tolerance and lack of social security are the main causes of anxiety,loneliness,depression and stress.Then,based on the ecosystem theory and the employee assistance program,from the three levels of individual internality,environmental interaction and social connection,some countermeasures were put forward,such as constructing the protective factors of resilience,enriching the social support network,promoting the development of social capital and human capital,relieving the negative emotions of“Empty-nest young women workers”,changing the social identity label of“Empty-nest young women workers ” by using the work mode of narrative therapy flexibly,and constructing the social support network for“Empty-nest young women workers”by enriching the forms of group activities,negative emotional distress.
