The Communist Party of China the 18 th National Congress report clearly put forward the "three advocate", that is, to promote prosperous, democratic, civilized, harmonious, advocate freedom, equality, justice, the rule of law, promote patriotism, dedication, honesty and kindness. It can be seen that one of the goals of building the socialist core value system is to set up the value of integrity in the whole society. However, in recent years, there has been a lot of academic misconduct in the process of graduate cultivation in China. Graduate students is different from the general student populations, they are the effectives of academic activities or countries to achieve one of the main force in the development of innovative. Therefore, strengthening the construction of Postgraduates Academic Integrity research, continue to purify the academic environment, perfecting our country graduate academic integrity norms system. This is not only a problem of academic integrity, but also is related to China's socialist modernization construction.
