Research On The Cultivation Of Political Identity Of College Students In The New Era

Political identity is an important subject related to people’s hearts,the rise and fall of the Party and the long-term stability of the country and society.The world today is undergoing major changes which have not occurred in a century,and our country’s reform has entered a deep-water area,and our ideological work faces new situations and challenges.College students are the sensitive barometer of The Times.They are in the stage-conception period of their life,and their thoughts are active but immature.They are easy to be affected by the adverse effects of diverse social trends of thought and the environment of Internet public opinion.Colleges and universities bear the responsibility of The Times to cast the bacon,enlightening the mind and nourishing the heart.Based on the new era,cultivating the political identity of college students is a key move for the ideological and political education of colleges and universities to cultivate morality and cultivate people.It also needs to gather the joint efforts of society and families.This paper draws on the relevant theories of Marxism,adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,designs and issues questionnaires by itself,investigates the current situation of college students’ political identity in the new era from the four dimensions of political cognition,political emotion,political awareness and political behavior,and makes a thorough analysis of the cultivation of political identity.Among the findings: There are deficiencies in the cultivation goals,cultivation environment,cultivation methods and cultivation system of college students’ political identity in the new era.Combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes and explains from the perspectives of social environment,college education,family education and college students themselves.It also puts forward some feasible countermeasures such as improving the political identity education system to enhance college students’ political identity,mining cultural resources to conserve college students’ political identity,creating a good environment to promote college students’ political identity,and attaching importance to self-education to enhance college students’ political identity.
