| Contextual performance,which is part of work performance,still plays an important role in the development of Preschool Teachers.Contextual Performance emphasizes that teachers can complete their own work on the basis of still having time and energy to voluntarily complete some additional work,which means that when teachers perform a higher Contextual Performance level,they need to complete their own work in advance within the limited time,and have a full sense of responsibility and mission to put the remaining time and energy into additional work,actively help others to complete their work,and create additional value for the preschool.In addition,Person-organization Values Fit refers to the degree of consistency between Person-organization Values Fit,leader-member exchange is related to the relationship between teachers and their superiors,and high-quality relationships can improve teachers’ work enthusiasm,both of which are conducive to the improvement of Preschool Teachers’ Contextual Performance.In this study,a total of 458 effective scales were recovered by removing invalid scales,with a recovery rate of 91.6%,using the Person-organization Values Fit scale,leader-member exchange scale and Contextual Performance scale as research tools,and taking Preschool Teachers in Liaoning Province as the research object.In this study,using the questionnaire method,taking the “Person-organization Values Fit Scale”,“Leader-Member Exchange Scale” and “Contextual Performance Scale” as research tools,and taking Preschool Teachers in Liaoning Province as the research object,a total of 458 effective scales were recovered by removing invalid scales,and explored the relationship between Person-organization Values Fit,leader-member exchange and Contextual Performance of Preschool Teachers.The results are as follows:(1)The Person-organization Values Fit is at a medium level,There were extremely significant differences in ages,teaching years,nature of preschools,and salaries,and there were different degrees of differences in regions and establishments.(2)The leader-member exchange was at the lower middle level,there were extremely significant differences in titles,positions,and teaching years,and there were different degrees of differences in establishments,nature of preschools,salaries and education levels.(3)The Contextual Performance was at the lower middle level,there are extremely significant differences in the number of childcare,teaching ages,and ages,and there are different degrees of differences in marital status,and there are no differences in different education levels,the nature of preschools,staffing conditions,and classes.(4)In the three-way relationship,Preschool Teachers’ individual-organizational values match positively contributed to Contextual Performance,and leadermember exchange positively moderated the relationship between Person-organization Values Fit and Contextual Performance.Based on the above research results,this study puts forward three suggestions:(1)The preschool should create a good organizational atmosphere to promote the improvement of the interpersonal relationship of Preschool Teachers;(2)The head of the preschool should give care and respect to teachers and promote the work dedication of Preschool Teachers;(3)Preschool Teachers should improve their sense of responsibility and promote their work autonomy. |
