Human resources are very important to the development of modern enterprises. We should pay more attention to the job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees because they are one of the reasons that affect the allocation of human resources in the whole society. Organizational political behavior is inevitable and everywhere in the organization. It can lead to different perceptions and feelings of the organization members, which we call perception of organizational politics. The perception of organizational politics will affect the employee's attitude and behavior to a certain extent. It has realistic significance both to the enterprise and employees to explore the relationships between perceptions of organizational politics, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The study explored the relationships between perception of organizational politics, job satisfaction and turnover intention, proposed a hypothetic mediated-moderating effect model on the basis of collecting and reading relevant research and literature which included job burnout as a mediator and leader member exchange as a moderator. It used the method of questionnaire survey, with 609 employees in Shanghai two joint ventures as the sample. By using descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical methods, we drew the following conclusions:(1) The relationship between organizational political perception, job satisfaction and turnover intention:Organizational politics perception can negatively predict employee job satisfaction and can positively predict employee turnover intention.(2) The mediating effect of job burnout:Job burnout plays a partial mediating effect between organizational politics perception, job satisfaction and turnover intention.(3) The moderating effect of leader member exchange:Leader member exchange plays a mediating role in the perception of organizational politics, job satisfaction and turnover intention through job burnout. In this study, compared with those who are in a low quality leader member exchange, the employees with high quality leader member exchange experienced more job burnout?more turnover intention and less job satisfaction when they have stronger perception of organizational politics. This conclusion is not consistent with hypotheses and needs further research.
