The Dilemma And Optimization Countermeasures Of Rural Campus Basketball Development In Tongshan County,Hubei Province Under The Background Of "Integration Of Sports And Education"

In 2020,with the proposal of "deepening the integration of sports and education",sports and education will be deeply integrated and form a synergy to better play a nurturing effect,providing policy guidance for the coordinated development of cultural learning and physical exercise for young people,aiming to cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and social work.In the less economically developed regions,there is a serious shortage of physical education teachers and a backward concept of physical education,which hinders the physical and mental health development of young people in these regions.Based on this background,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation of school basketball in primary and secondary schools in Tongshan County,studies the sustainable development path of school basketball integration in Tongshan County,promotes the high-quality development of school basketball,and helps Tongshan County become a "demonstration county of physical education integration in Hubei Province"."This paper uses literature and survey methods.Using literature,survey,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper examines the basic situation of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Tongshan County,the teaching of school basketball,the extracurricular activities of school basketball,the participation of students in school basketball,the conditions for school basketball in rural areas and the attitude of school leaders towards school basketball.The reasons for this are analysed and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.According to the survey results,the following conclusions are drawn :(1)Tongshan County has the foundation to carry out campus basketball;(2)Tongshan County primary and secondary school physical education teachers shortage,young physical education teachers mobility;(3)Basketball course less,assessment criteria fuzzy;(4)The development of basketball extracurricular activities is insufficient,and the competition system inside and outside the school is not perfect;(5)basketball teaching content lack of innovation,lack of basketball theory knowledge teaching;(6)Basketball facilities can not meet the needs of students to participate in basketball.In view of the current problems,combined with the policy of integration of sports and education and according to the development of campus basketball in Tongshan County,the following countermeasures are proposed :(1)Promote the coordinated development of sports and education integration and ensure the smooth development of campus basketball;(2)pay attention to the construction of teachers,expand teaching resources channels;(3)pay attention to the development needs of students,improve the quality of basketball courses;(4)enrich the form of basketball competition,strengthen the construction of school basketball team;(5)Improve the site facilities configuration,increase site utilization.
