| Since 2015,many campuses in Yancheng City have been selected as national youth basketball characteristic traditional schools,with a good campus basketball atmosphere,in 2017,Chairman Yao Ming restarted the small basketball plan and league,and launched a small basketball game suitable for the physical and mental development of children and teenagers;In the context of the integration of sports and education,campus basketball is the current practice of the integration of sports and education;In the real environment of low physical fitness rate and high myopia rate,how to achieve the popularization of small basketball on campus,to promote the benign development of campus basketball to promote the improvement and all-round development of students’ physical health.This paper takes the research on the development of small basketball in Yancheng campus under the background of integration of sports and education as the research object,and studies and analyzes the development status of small basketball in Yancheng campus in physical education teaching,students’ after-school practice,sports team training competitions,physical education teachers,and campus venue facilities by using research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method and field investigation method,and finds out the practical dilemmas hindering the development of campus small basketball and proposes corresponding development strategies accordingly.The study concludes the following:(1)The Education Bureau,Sports Bureau and other departments are not closely linked in the development of campus basketball,and they fail to mobilize social forces to jointly help promote the good development of campus basketball,and the financial support for schools that carry out basketball is insufficient.(2)Students’ understanding of small basketball is low,teachers do not pay enough attention to the teaching of physical education in sports,students have a high degree of love for small basketball,and the publicity of the cultural corner in the school is small,which reflects the lack of cultural atmosphere of small basketball on campus.(3)Field equipment and facilities are necessary conditions for the development of campus basketball activities,the surveyed schools can basically meet the needs of students in the basketball court,lack of special small basketball racks,not conducive to the learning of students’ shooting and other technologies,in the later stage for more students to carry out basketball lessons,each school should supplement the number of small basketballs.(4)The special skills of physical education teachers in the school are diverse,the number of special basketball teachers in the school is small,which cannot meet the needs of the development of small basketball on campus,and the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in basketball teaching and training is not high.(5)The teaching content of basketball class is affected by the special skills of teachers,and most of them use single technical action teaching,most students do not like the teaching content of basketball class,and the content lacks overall design. |
