Cheerleading is an emerging sports project, with its team, fashion, and vitality,it has gradually become a new type of education method and sports culture carrier.In2014,Jiangyin City,Jiangsu Province successfully held the "Football·cheerleading Entering Campus Report Meeting".The "One School,One Ball and One drill" campus model was officially opened, and cheerleading ushered in a new opportunity to enter the campus; In 2015,the successful implementation of "one school, one product and one drill" in jinshui district of zhengzhou city has provided a reference for the development of cheerleading on campus. With the issuance of the “Notice from the General Office of the State Council on Retransmitting Some Opinions of the Ministry of Education and Other Departments on Further Strengthening School Physical Education Work”,in order to cooperate with the school physical education reform work, accelerate the popularization and promotion of cheerleading exercises, and follow the development trend of the national sports industry,in August 2015,the China Cheerleading Association(CCA)set up a "Cheerleading Star Club" across the country. This created a new change in the development of campus cheerleading and has received great attention from various schools and regions. With the continuous development and expansion of cheerleading star clubs on campus, one or more problems have also appeared in the operation, and faced with new development difficulties. Therefore, with the development of cheerleading star clubs on campus. It is even more important to grasp the new opportunities in the new era,to sort out the latent performance and potential defects of the campus cheerleading clubs in operation and development, and to clarify the actual situation of the development of cheerleading clubs on campus. This study takes the operating mechanism of the cheerleading clubs in 54 campuses in Chongqing as the research object. The coaches and leaders of higher authorities of 54 cheerleading star clubs on campus, including Chongqing 29 th Middle School,Chongqing Chaoyang Middle School,Chongqing Nanping Middle School, etc.were the main survey objects.Using the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method, according to the actual needs of this study, the coaches of the cheerleading star club on campus and the leaders of the higher competent departments were selected to participate in the survey. The purpose is to understand the basic situation of the cheerleading clubs on the campus of Chongqing, and to clarify the operation of the cheerleading clubs on the campus of Chongqing in the management mechanism, training competition mechanism, development mechanism, dynamic mechanism and constraint mechanism. The problems in the operation mechanism of campus cheerleading star clubs are analyzed and countermeasures are provided to provide valuable information for the sustainable development of cheerleading star clubs in China.Research ideas: First, through the literature method, sort out and summarize related theoretical knowledge such as "cheerleading","Club" and "cheerleading Star Club" to summarize useful theories and ideas applicable to this research;second,Based on the literature method, the sub-mechanisms of the operating mechanism of the Chongqing Cheerleading Star Club are determined as follows: management mechanism, training competition mechanism, development mechanism, dynamic mechanism and constraint mechanism;again, using questionnaires, interviews and mathematics The statistical law comprehensively analyzes the basic situation of the club and the club's operating mechanism;then, after recovering, sorting, analyzing, and discussing the survey data,it summarizes the problems presented or potential in the club's operation and proposes corresponding countermeasures. Finally,The research conclusions are as follows:First, the development of chongqing campus cheerleading star clubs is unbalanced, with one-star clubs as the leading group and few high-star clubs;Second, the distribution of chongqing campus cheerleading star clubs is unbalanced, mainly in the main urban area of chongqing, with few surrounding districts;Third, the cheerleading clubs on the campus of Chongqing are developing well, and new clubs are increasing year by year;Fourth,in terms of management mechanisms, clubs with a coaching responsibility system have suffered many disadvantages in management, and the implementation of institutional settings is not optimistic. In terms of training competition mechanisms, the training time and training frequency fluctuate greatly, which leads to competitions. The performance is not satisfactory or the level of the participating competition is not high.In terms of development mechanism, the reserve talent construction system has not yet taken shape, the club has a single publicity channel, and the content is not innovative.Interms of dynamic mechanism, the club has strong motivation support from the national policy background, but the source of funds is relatively single, and the coach level shows a trend of "polarization".In terms of the constraint mechanism, the constraint on athletes reflects the era of development, but the "human management" phenomenon of the club is serious and lacks the basis of the management system. In the constraints of public opinion, the club lack of communication with the general public, and publicity methods and content have not been perfected;Fifth, although the cheerleading star club on chongqing campus has made some achievements and developed, its scale and influence are limited. The club should improve the possibility of its own development by improving the effective operation mechanism,so as to escort the development of cheerleading sports.
