Research On The Construction And Development Of High Level Football Teams In Hubei Colleges And Universities

The college football team is the reserve army of the Chinese football team,and its importance is self-evident.The significance of college football is not only in sports itself,it is also an important channel for the spread of football sports culture.Since colleges and universities are essentially an education base,it can not only cultivate sports talents,but also make football a cultural belief,and it can also cultivate the spirit of tenacious struggle among students.The power of education is powerful,so we should realize the importance of building football teams in colleges and universities.This research takes high-level football teams from universities in Hubei Province as the research object.In order to enhance the sustainable development of high-level football teams in universities in Hubei Province,promote the performance output of high-level sports teams and cultivate excellent talents,the method of literature data and mathematical statistics are used.The method of law and other methods investigated the high-level football teams of 6 universities in Hubei Province:Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Central China Normal University,Hubei University,Three Gorges University,and Wuhan University of Science and Technology,and found that the current high-level football sports in Hubei Province The construction of the team mainly includes the following situations:(1)The management mechanism of high-level football teams is relatively complete;(2)The quality of students is uneven;(3)The coaching level and management ability of coaches need to be improved,(4)Training time,Strength and methods are slightly insufficient;(5)The logistics support system is not sound.The conclusions drawn from the analysis are:(1)The management of high-level football teams in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened;(2)The training and selection mechanism for high-level football teams should be emphasized;(3)Competition is very important for high-level football teams;(4)There is a conflict between the cultural courses of high-level football players and the learning of professional courses;(5)High-level football teams should strengthen their connection with society.In response to the current problems of high-level football teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Hubei Province,corresponding measures are proposed:(1)Continuously deepen the management mode and team system of high-level football teams in colleges and universities;(2)Strengthen the investment and macro management of football teams by colleges and universities;(3)Reasonably coordinate football team training and athletes’ own culture The relationship between knowledge learning,avoid conflict between the two as much as possible;(4)Optimize the logistics support system,provide high-quality medical support services for relevant football players,and reduce the impact of athletes’ injuries on sports.(5)Increase the number of football games and pay attention to the quality of related games.
