For example, one badminton exercise can be taken outside or inside, with or without net, just one empty place is necessary.The development of badminton in university is connected tightly with the development of our national badminton.Badminton is one of the most popular sports which are generally welcomed by students in university. In university of our country, badminton has very good foundations, also it is one of the most important projects to build the high-level sport team in the national educational institutions. But under the current situation in our country, the development of badminton is still in the first step. Under the educational background of " the combination of sport and teaching", it is very important to find one correct, suitable and high-level sport system in university. It is not only good to the development of badminton in university, but also good to the development of our national badminton level. It will also give better support to the spirit of the " the combination of sport and teaching", be good at developing high talented persons.In order to find the factors which restrict the competition level of the badminton in university, this thesis analyze the past research material and the current situation of the development of the badminton in university. This thesis analyze the development courses, the management in the current stage, training and other systems of the high-level badminton sport team in Beijing jiaotong university. It wants to put forward the more effective management system for the badminton team in university, then promote the general level of the badminton sport in universities. In the process of reform for the sport system under the national sport bureau, the badminton and table tennis management center absorbs the social resource to build the high effective, new management system and sport system for the badminton which is full of energy.Under the useful measures to develop the level of the badminton, the national educational bureau put forward the spirit of " the combination of sport and teaching", it will absolutely develop the high level players, then will be the supplement for the badminton strength. And it will have the very important meaning to promote the development of our national sport continuously and healthily.
