As skill cheerleading becomes an important event in competitive sports, skill cheerleading players should have more powerful and outstanding competitive ability. As one of the representative techniques of the difficult techniques in the skill cheerleading event, the application proportion of single-base lifting in the whole set has gradually increased and become the winning factor of the high-level team,as well as the competitive ability of the team members.Strength quality,as the core of the performance of the skill cheerleading base, should pay attention to its level of development. The special strength level determines its performance. When selecting the appropriate special strength exercise means,it should ensure that the internal mechanism and external characteristics of the means have a high degree of specificity. On the one hand, this study aims to clarify the correct technical key points and power rules of single-base lifting technique, explore the differences in muscle use and joint movement between different single-base lifting techniques, and guide base training according to its characteristics to improve the standardization of special movements. On the other hand,in order to test whether the internal mechanism and external characteristics of the special strength training means are consistent with the special movement, namely the single-base liftinging technology,so as to produce a good training transfer effect to improve the ability of the base to complete the single-base liftinging technology, and finally provide enlightenment for the single-base liftinging technology of skill cheerleading. In this paper, through the method of literature, expert interview, testing, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics and surface electromyograph and high-speed camera equipment analysis skills of single base double arm and double foot lift, folded arm and single foot lift and barbell push as a special strength training means for the base of the surface electromyographic characteristics and kinematic characteristics of the three movements.Research conclusion:1.In terms of muscle activation sequence,single-base two-arm and two-foot lift, folded arm and one-foot lift and barbell push showed that the upper limb muscle group was activated first and all the upper limb muscles were activated synchronically, the lower limb muscle group was activated later and the knee muscle was activated the earliest, the trunk muscle group was activated last but the trapius muscle activated earlier than the lower limb muscle group. In the course of muscle activation, the deltoid, triceps and extensor carpi radialis of the upper limb muscle group were presented. In the lower limb muscle group, gastrocnemius, quadriceps and biceps femoris; In the trunk muscle group, the trapezius, these muscles are activated throughout the movement.2.At the same load intensity level, the surface electromyography and kinematic characteristics of two-arm and two-foot lift,one-foot lift with folded arm and barbell push are highly consistent, and the changes in Angle and angular velocity of each kinematic joint of the base are also highly correlated with the electromyography activities, which are specifically manifested as the muscles with high muscle activation intensity and high contribution rate. The changes in the angles and angular velocities of the corresponding joints are also significant.3.The shoulder joint, elbow joint and knee joint of the base are the main contributing joints of the single-base lifting, and the changes of the Angle and angular velocity are the most significant in the completion of the single-base lifting and barbell push.Anterior deltoid tract and middle deltoid tract of shoulder joint;Triceps brachialis and biceps brachialis at elbow joint;Knee quadriceps and biceps femoris are the key muscles for single-base lifting.Their muscle activation intensity and muscle contribution rate have the highest significance in completing single-base lifting and barbell push.Their muscle control ability will determine the completion quality of single-base lifting started from the middle position.4.In terms of the differences of different lift techniques, the electromyographic characteristics of the middle bundle of deltoid muscle, extensor carpi radialis and latissimus dorsi of the base in the single-base arm and single-foot lift are significantly different from those of the single-base two-arm and two-foot lift, and the strength level of the muscles is the key to complete the technique. In addition,it should be emphasized in the technical guidelines of single-base arm stacking and single-foot lift that the base should use the upper limb muscles on the side of the point to support the center of gravity of the point and the upper limb muscles on the side of the point to support the weight of the point in the supporting stage.5.In terms of the training transfer effect of special strength training means, barbell push has a high specificity for improving the strength level of single-base lifting. However, according to the surface EMG characteristics of the base combined with the change of the center of gravity of the load object,it can be seen that when the base bears the same level of load intensity in the completion of barbell push and single-base lifting, the barbell push by force is not enough to stimulate the single contraction of the base muscle.
