In the development of Cheerleading skills,coaches play a very important role in promoting.At present,China’s cheerleading team more rely on the development of schools,most of the coaches are teachers,for the cultivation of students not only means the achievement or the transportation of talents,but also includes the comprehensive development of students,so the coaches need to improve their literacy while they have comprehensive literacy.It’s a long process to train an excellent coach.Systematic research and Analysis on the teaching quality of excellent Cheerleading Coaches can effectively improve their professional development efficiency and help them cultivate more comprehensive and scientific teaching ability.This research takes the coach’s teaching quality as the starting point,uses the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi and mathematical statistics to conduct a comprehensive exploration,takes the winning factors of skill cheerleading competition as the breakthrough point,uses expert interview and Delphi method to obtain effective data,takes the coach’s teaching career development as the goal orientation,and takes the comprehensive and comprehensive training as the starting point Under the guidance of scientific and targeted research theory,this paper attempts to construct the coaching quality system of skilled Cheerleading Coaches.At the same time,this paper analyzes and studies the indicators of coaching quality of skilled Cheerleading Coaches,so as to provide the majority of skilled Cheerleading Coaches with their own ability and quality learning direction,so as to better face the future training teaching and competition,cope with the future environment,and provide talents for the national skilled Cheerleading training team.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,through the coaches(teachers)retrieval,in order to skills cheerleading project characteristics in-depth analysis.By using Delphi method,the teaching quality system of skill Cheerleading Coaches is constructed,including 4 first level indicators,15 second level indicators and 67 third level indicators.(2)In the successful teaching quality of skill Cheerleading Coaches,the ability quality weight is 0.27,the importance is the first,the knowledge quality weight is 0.26,the importance is the second,the ideological quality weight is 0.24,the importance is the third,and the development quality weight is 0.23,the importance is the fourth.(3)In the teaching of Cheerleading skills,coaches should pay attention to the ability of teaching and training;Knowledge literacy based on special theoretical knowledge;Ideological and political,professional ethics based ideological literacy and teachers’ professional development based development literacy.At the same time,we should also take into account the comprehensive development of all kinds of literacy.In the development of all kinds of literacy,we should also combine the special characteristics of Cheerleading skills,master the indicators of special literacy,and constantly promote the development of coaches themselves.(4)The special qualities of coaching quality of skill Cheerleading Coaches include: mastery of technical movements,mastery of the latest rules,arrangement principles and methods,protection and help methods,sports injury and prevention,explanation and demonstration of technical movements,arrangement of complete sets of movements,arrangement of innovative complete sets of movements,innovation of music selection and production,active participation in coach training and referee training Actively participate in the competition and watching,increase practical experience.
